So charming and great location

This is the first hotel we have stayed at in five years that did not have blow dryers available for guests. Also, the electrical sockets in the wall were loose and would not take an adapter. The desk clerk’s suggestion was to unplug the TV. That hardly seems like a viable solution given the amount of money charged per night. This property is seen better days.

Very comfortable and clean facility. Breakfast was good and the staff was excellent. Location was excellent and accessible to all the tourist areas. Rather noisy as noise carries easily across the facility but I think it’s true of many buildings here.

Noisy - late into the evening and very early in the morning. Very difficult to get a good sleep.

The staff! Michael, Carlos, Yudy and Nali were absolutely amazing! So kind, helpful and patient with mi español básico. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, the showers were hot, WiFi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was good, the staff can make eggs anyway you prefer. If you have an early tour and leave before breakfast starts, they pack you a breakfast to take with you! Coca tea and other various teas available 24/7. They can hold your luggage for you during treks or other excursions. My mom and I were going to move to another hotel after our trek but decided to stay at NODO Hotel Garcilaso because we loved it so much! Could not recommend more for anyone’s stay in Cusco. Nothing! Only suggestion for breakfast: orange or mango juice instead of papaya or watermelon?

Brilliantly located and good value for your money

Great location. Has a traditional vibe to it. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The beds are super comfy. I really enjoyed staying there. It was a nice break from some of the larger hotels. I would definitely stay there again Would have been nice to come back from a day of touring and sat and had a drink in the dining area. Purchase of wine or beer not available

I stayed here for 5 nights, and I am very happy that I did! Great location, so close to Plaza de Armas and other nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Staff are super friendly, whether it is the daytime or nighttime staff. The room itself was comfortable with the beds and strong, hot showers. Breakfast was good as well, with fresh scrambled eggs available if you wanted, and a variety of food such as cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. When I had to leave early at 3 am, staff had breakfast ready (just tell them 1 day before). I would stay here agian!

The staff were truly hospitable and helpful, even making sure that my husband could watch the Super Bowl. The room was large with many hooks in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the service impeccable.

Cost was a lot for what you get for a room. No aircon/fan/water bottles and hot water didnt work

location breakfast is very basic. the bed is very short I have 186cm tall and my foot were in the air

It’s also super central and the rooms have a nice design.

The location was amazing. The sewer smell was really strong coming from the pipes in the washroom.

It was clean, the room and bathroom were in great condition, cute, and functional. No issues.
