Location and cheap Everything else

Big need of renovation! The showers were not nice and doors broken, so privacy was so so.. We stayed on the second floor and no toilets/showers there so you had to go down to first floor. However it’s cheap! Only place we stayed at in Cusco so hard to tell if it’s “you get what you pay for” or if there are better options for the same price.

Miss Shachenka which working on reception was so rude. I wanted stay much more because of her I left hostel.

Not very clean—kitchen was really dirty and showers were not well maintained.

Good location, friendly staff. They hold your bags for free. Very cold & no hot water.

There is wifi, but I did have issues with it lagging or not working at all. The staff was helpful in resetting it when asked, but I didn't bother doing it every single time. The breakfast is not located inside the hostel; it's about a block away. Not the end of the world, but it is a pain. The bathrooms were nice, but not the cleanest. Additionally, I had issues with the hot water. It ran out before I finished my shower. Other travelers mentioned they had issues as well.

Pirwa is in a great location. There are prominent landmarks nearby, so it's hard to get lost. Additionally, there is so much to see nearby. The complimentary breakfast is small but delicious. The staff is very helpful. I had an issue with the charging port on my bed, so the staff moved me to another room, which I really appreciated. They also answered all of my many questions regarding suggestions for money exchanges and more. The showers are clean, but hot water was not always available. My shower had really nice hot water, but it only lasted for a few minutes. Other guests asked me if there was any hot water available when I returned to the bathrooms later that evening. Additionally, I had issues with the wifi. When it worked, it worked. But it did not always work for me. This isn't a huge issue if you have a data plan or don't need to complete any work during your stay, but it was inconvenient.

Perfect location, friendly and available staff, good lockers and individual bed light in dorms. The hostel also offers to store bags / backpacks, if necessary Toilets didn’t always have running water (the issues where resolved quickly enough once mentioned to the staff)

I loved how great the location is, they are super clean, the bathrooms are great with hot water and the staff are very attentive, I got conjunctivitis and a staff member called Manoel helped me and was very helpful with me at such a sensitive time. Without a doubt the best hostel in Cusco nothing, I loved it

Location was perfect, the beds were very comfy and overall quiet for a hostel. Pizza place connected to the hostel, very good food. There was an issue with the water supply that made it a bit uncomfortable since we had to let staff know every time we needed to use the toilet, but apparently it was a city issue.

Great location and friendly staff Both bathrooms were not working. Internet wasn’t working inside the room. Had to walk down the stairs to use the big bathroom which also had toilets that were not working. Internet would only work outside of the room :(
-
Beautiful place Friendly staff Perfect location Nice breakfast Squeaky doors, need to grease the hinges! Can’t do much about the floor. Water supply can be an issue and internet connection is temperamental!

i booked this place, they then told me there was a water leak in the family room and asked that i cancel the booking. i said, no, if you want to cancel the booking then you do it. they then marked me as a no show. they are likely overbooking and having to cancel rooms the attitude of the staff and marking me as a no show
