Very close to the main plaza, 5 min walk to restaurants, bars, stores, pharmacy. Everything is close by It’s not that I dont like but I think they can improve. They used to have oxygen for guest in case they need it (not anymore) but they offer contact medical assistance.

Arrived way before check in time at 5:30 am and had to pay $40 for early check in. That was totally reasonable but it didn't include breakfast or even coffee. No water in the room, was told to use tap water. There were no windows in the actual room. A small entry room had a window facing the courtyard.

Very clean, safe property with amazing staff! They were so nice and accommodating the entire trip. If you’re staying in Cusco, I highly recommend you stay here.

Good location, very friendly en helpful staff The breakfast is ok if you like toasted bread, but overal not very tasty and not much atmosphere

Staff are exceptional - kind, helpful and hardworking. The courtyard with good wifi is a beautiful place to work in. Co-workers on my call thought I was using a digital background. The drain in the shower was very slow. Water pressure and temperature was good.

Very friendly staff, spacious room, best shower we had in all Peru (although 1 time the shower wasn’t that warm because of an issue that was immediately taken care off), great and enormous bed. We enjoyed our stay!
