Tasteful and beautiful quiet luxury hotel with excellent and personal services.

Lovely property. Great location, within walking distance from attractions and restaurants, but far enough from the center to remain quiet even on busier nights. Our room was cleaned twice a day and even towels got changed twice if we had used them, which I hadn't experienced before in a hotel. The staff were also very friendly and service-minded. Bonus: we loved our complimentary pisco sour. The bartender did a great job!

The air conditioning was not working and the room was cold. The cleaning staff messed up our things.

It’s pretty to look at and take pictures, but overall not worth it. Not bad, but definitely not worth the amount of money at all. The staff is kind and mostly helpful, but they don’t seem to coordinate between each other well. For example, the front desk will say something different from the Spa, so it can be confusing. Having stayed in 3 different hotels in Cusco, there are plenty of options around $50 a night that could easily rival this place in terms of comfort, amenities, and also with free breakfast. Stay here if you like, but know you can stay in a similar place for 1/4 of the price and save it for extra things in Cusco!

Beautiful property throughout. Nice mix of history and modern elements. The spa was large and helpful to use. We had two deep massages and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. All of the service staff were absolutely excellent and it felt very personalized boutique service.

Attentive and professional staff. Beautifully designed hotel grounds. Rooms in excellent condition. Convenient airport transfer organized by the hotel. Occasionally there was a sewage smell in the room, which was solved by closing the sink drains.

Very clean, good location, EXCELLENT staff. Only minor issue was that my room was too warm.

Got upgraded to the royal (presidential) suite, everything was amazing. Incredible breakfast too.
