It was very cold with no heat

It has an excellent location. Very close to the Plaza de Armas and all the action in downtown Cusco. It is a very cute hotel. Rooms are immaculately clean, they are small but I am travelling alone. I had all I needed. I enjoyed the roof top with a fantastic view of the city. A great place to get warm with the sunshine and relax. The staff is extremely nice and polite. Very gentle people. Also helpful with valuable information about Cusco, arranging a taxi when needed. Even the cleaning lady is very friendly and gave me helpful Cusco information. Breakfast is included. There is always hot water and tea bags available There is nothing negative I could think of

The homey feel. Cold tile floors.

Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. It wasn’t easy to find and lots of stairs to get there, but good overall A bit hard to find

location close to historic center and hotel i stayed in the night before, easy for uber pick-up very difficult to find, no lamps just bright overhead light, universal plug wouldn't stay connected in outlet- important for international travel, breakfast very lacking compared to others in that area

First I want to mention Pau, a really wonderful woman who gave me tips for my ongoing journey to Puno. Overall, the staff was super nice and Ursula waited for me when I had a late arrival. They also let me keep the room a bit longer for a small fee on my departure day, since I was not feeling well and preferred to rest instead of going on a tour the last day. The room and bed were both comfortable and the shower warm and nice. Breakfast was good too, the first morning (Dec 25th) I got Christmas bread and hot chocolate which was nice, and the second day I got scrambled eggs, together with bread, cereal and yoghurt. Internet was a bit slow, but that's just a minor thing in my opinion.

The whole stay was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We left our luggage for few days there. Breakfast was good and more diversified than the continental breakfast we had elsewhere. The hot water for the shower is available at all times. Would go back again for sure Nothing

Lovely services

Good location and nice breakfast. Room cold and small. Water was off several times so could not shower after long hike
-
The kindness of the host. Also they offer you the possibility to store your belongings in their private room if you have to go trek. The shower could be better, but it's OK.
