Amazing attention to detail and service! The front desk girl when we arrived noted that my wife was dealing with altitude sickness and recommended some tea instead of the nuclear option oxygen and it was a great call. The kitchen made some rice for her since she could barely hold anything down and it setteled her stomach and we were able to continue our trip. The next morning Diego made our morning very special with some great recommendations aswell as his professionalism was remarkable. Overall greatful we stayed here that day! It would have been nice to have had water already ready in the room when we arrived. The 2 bottles were empty and had to be filled.

The architecture is spectacular, the interior design is stunning, elegant and stylish, extremely clean. Breakfast is great, fresh product and high quality. There's also a lovely cellar on site. The local management and staff members are an essential part of the amazing experience as they are highly professional, very careful and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located close to the best attractions, museums, shops, restaurants and bars, the cathedral. I can only suppose that Casa Clara is one of the very best options in Cusco and I strongly recommend to enjoy at the best the journey! Nothing!
