The place was beautiful and unique. The old well preserved architecture with the old paintings transported us in time. The mornings were peaceful with the soft background music and an amazing breakfast. The best was the welcoming and kind and attentive staff, they made us feel very special. In conclusion our stay was unforgettable and we would like to come back again. N/a

Beautiful and historic property in an excellent location
-
Leonardo and Edson always greeted us with enthusiasm every day and gave us the guidance we needed for an extremely successful and enjoyable trip in Cusco after spending my birthday in Machu Picchu. We liked everything. The location is perfect. Over 10 restaurants and the Larco Museum within a hundred yards of the hotel.

Everything. I felt the dinner menu wasn’t very good. I mean versatile.
-
Amazing hotel with a prime location. King size beds are enormous, more like two kings together. Such a charming and historic and awe inspiring hotel Nothing- it was absolute perfection

I can’t wait my next visit !

Location, front desk staff and restaurant staff In-room dining options could use some variety. Getting still water in the room was a bit of an issue for some reason. Resolved a couple of days before checkout.

The customer service was the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. The breakfast was nothing like we had ever seen. The coffee tasting and dinner was over and beyond. I had altitude sickness and was brought oxygen to my room and everything else to help me get through. Nothing.
