Perfect as usual. Nice lady at the reception who speaks 4 languages. Still need a hot water dispenser upstairs. Please do it.

Good location with only a few minutes of walking to the main square. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Clean and very nice building. The people working in the reception was very kind and helpful, they also stored our luggage while we explored the city on our check out day.

The price was reasonable No body wash, shampoo or conditioner. The room was too small. Hardly any room to stand with two beds. The room was next to the road and lot of road noise.

Staff were very accomodating lead by Ruth who went out of her way to make our journey to Cusco and beyond enjoyable. Huge advantage to have a popular local cafe on the bottom floor where breakfast was served and we ate dinner on a couple of occasions. The location is a short walk away from San Blas and Cusco central making it a great centre to start your exploring. No complaints

breakfast is a little bit later than the schedule time. so i was in a hurry for the morning tour. otherwise it is quite ok.

Lots of blankets The restaurant was not very good. They gave us stale bread one morning for breakfast and watered down pineapple juice. Very salty crepe.

Amazing stay! The staff was super kind and helpful. There is a real 24h front desk. The showers worked well. The bed and room were comfortable. I could even leave some luggages for several days upon check out (for free), even if I wasn’t coming back to stay there. It was super handy since I had a multi day hike with a change in accommodation after. The breakfast is served very slowly, so be prepared to wait
