They don’t have elevator The personnel were not very helpful, I got sick and went to the hospital for 1 night and I ask for a late check out, they didn’t let me I had to pay for half of the fee to stay from 11 to 2 pm

Exceptional staff, clean and well taken care of property. The staff went out of their way with any of your needs! There is a front desk person available 24 hours a day. Also, the hotel booked a taxi for us to the airport and provided a bagged lunch for us to take with us on an excursion when we were unable to eat breakfast at the hotel. There is no elevator, however staff would assist you with luggage to your room. Also, no beverages on site, especially water. In fact, guests should not drink the tap water in Peru. The hotel does not sell water or other beverages to their guests and you need to stop at a local market daily to purchase drinks for your room. So, I suggest the hotel at least purchase water to sell to their guests.

About a 15 minute walk to the square so was a great location to get to the action but have a quiet night when settling down. Great staff. Clean. Full breakfast brought to your room. Staff arranged transport to and from the airport. Could not have asked for a better experience. Can’t find any complaints.

Very friendly and caring staff

Very clean and comfortable room. Great value for money I would have like a coffee pot or a hot water kettle in the room

Nice little gem in Cuzco. Breakfast is served in either the 4th floor or your room. I wished I had known the kitchen is downstairs as the staff had to carry everything to the 4th floor (there are not elevators). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. Nothing

It was clean and everything worked well in the facility. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good and it had plenty of hot water. There was only a view of the common area from our room.

This hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay in Cusco. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even arranged breakfast for me at 4:00 a.m. before my trekking excursions, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were exactly as pictured, and the entire property was spotless. Staff members were constantly cleaning and maintaining the facilities, and everything felt well cared for and organized. The only potential drawback for some travelers is the location. The hotel is about a 15–20 minute walk from the main tourist areas. Personally, I enjoyed the walk and welcomed the extra steps each day. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, which made it a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring. However, if you prefer to be in the heart of the action or have difficulty walking longer distances, you may want to consider a hotel closer to the city center. Overall, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful place to stay in Cusco. There is honestly nothing significant I could mention here. I was completely happy with my stay. The only minor issue was that other guests were noisy one evening, but that is not something the hotel could reasonably control. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.

Everyone was lovely; the breakfast incredibly generous; staff helpful, rooms very clean (we stayed twice). It felt very safe, a little bit out of the center but we preferred that. My experience with Booking was BAD. I've already complained about that. As far as Mariscal went, nothing to complain about! would not recommend to someone who can't manage stairs, I suppose.

Very quiet & nice area, within walking distance of central things in Cusco. Clean & all the amenities needed. Staff is excellent.

The hotel is in a very quiet area of San Blas. The room was very clean. There is a 24 hours front desk along with secure entry door. They offer packed breakfast if you have a very early tour. The breakfast could be better. The portion was fine for me but not enough for my husband.

Quiet, clean, breakfast in room No microwave

The staff were amazing and the location wasnt too bad in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. At times it could be a bit noisy outside. The room on the first floor can be loud by other guests coming in and out.

The staff are amazing! They are so helpful and kind. Room Was a bit cold but the heater in the room did help.

Very attentive and friendly staff, great breakfast! Comfortable room, appreciated the mini fridge. Great location! Quiet neighborhood but close walking to shops and restaurants. Would stay again! Lacking Toiletries, I'm glad we brought what we did. However, there is a store around the corner if you need anything.

The location is reasonable, the king bed is large, the location is adequate, the breakfast is good. Please stop misleading guests. Add a different category for room 105 so that people do not get so disappointed. The room 105 is on the ground floor. You will hear every whisper from the reception 24 hours a day as guest come and go. If you open the curtain, you will see that guest that are sitting a the couch at the reception are staring in your room. There was some dirt in the corner of the room and I am not surprised as it is so dark with curtains being shut. Also, please stop asking people to surrender their room key when they step out of the property. There is no need for this in 2026. The same goes for the outside door - there should be no need to wait until you come and open the door. Other rooms in this hotel are probably 8-9 out of 10 but room 105 is a disappointment. I would 100% not stay in room 105 again and I would not stay in this hotel until they match their rooms with accurate descriptions.
