There’re ants on the ground, make sure to zip your bag before leaving

This wonderful hotel was absolutely lovely. It was quiet and great location to explore the heart of the city. All tour pickups could come to the hotel to take us on their tours. Great breakfast included with room. We would definitely return, Thankyou, Jeannie ? I liked everything!!

This is a really beautiful small hotel with a great view overlooking Cusco. It is a short walk from the main square and has a really lovely breakfast. It felt like a really great value. All the staff were super nice. I wished water bottles and coffee were provided in the room but the great and early breakfast made up for this!

The staff were really helpful - very accommodating for our allergies (vegan diet) for breakfast and providing filtered water and coca tea and mint tea. They were really nice about storing our luggage and the staff was very helpful. We also did laundry near the hotel (but it was expensive as it was last minute). The room we got allocated- the triple- had ants- so we requested to change the room- they changed it after much requesting and gave us another room. When we came back after two days, the room on the third level was really nice and we had a great stay when we returned there.

Beautiful location, the courtyard gardens were stunning. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! Nothing, everything was perfect and exceeded expectations.

The breakfast is nice and has beautiful views of the city and hills. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Would stay again when in the area. I liked everything, nothing I would change

Beautiful property. Lovely courtyard. Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Wonderful staff

Wifi is so terrible. Worse than the wifi I had on my Salkantay trial at the middle of nowhere. DO NOY STAY HERE IF YOU NEED WIFI TO WORK WHILE STAYING IN YOUR HOTEL Management seriously needs to consider updating the wifi setting. The only place in the hotel with workable wifi is the lobby. This is a bad value for money when I never had to fuss about calling my friends / going online in my hotel room in other places.

Good location, great views, beautiful location.

Very comfortable stay, reliable hot showers, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay here again.

Truly - this is my favorite hotel - period. The room is nice and comfortable - my room had a little balcony with a table and a window (plus a "door window") looking out on the glorious garden. The garden is SO lovely - and the buffet breakfast is absolutely wonderful. There's a nice little room with free tea and filtered water and a good little library. Oh - and there was an optional heater in the room so when it was cold, we could still be cozy. Hands down my favorite place to stay in Cusco. One room I stayed in (I've stayed in 3 different ones at different times) did not have a table - and that wasn't ideal because I wanted to do a little work. But there were other places to work - so it was no big deal.

Heating from 7pm to 7am! Good shower pressure and temparature. Comfortable room. Ability to leave our luggage for multiple days while we travelled to Sacred Valley and Macchu Picchu. Nice colonial building. Hotel is between historic center and San Blas district so a bit of hike is needed.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Brisayda at the front desk, and Brandon. Rita and Margarita always smiling and incredibly busy keeping the breakfast buffet going starting at 5:30am. Gorgeous internal courtyard gardens, comfortable rooms, and consistent hot water in chilly Cuzco are all big pluses. No complaints.

Great location in San Blas. Lovely courtyard. Amazing breakfast. Hot shower and comfy beds. Kind staff Loved everything about this hotel. Nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The layout of the hotel was charming and the breakfast was very good. There is a sitting room that always has coca tea and mint tea ready to drink (complimentary) to aid in adjusting to the altitude or just relaxing. The location was quiet, but a short walk to everything. We would stay there again. The heat is turned off during the day and doesn't come on until 7 pm. For the most part, this was not a problem.
