Eureka San Blas

Our room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. A nice buffet breakfast was provided and we were able to take a take away breakfast on the day of our early morning flight. The location made for easy access to central Cusco landmarks and a fabulous family run restaurant around the corner - Sumac - you must give it a try. A laundry was a 2 minute walk away which was super convenient and well priced. We struggled to get the shower hot. The location is on a road that has some traffic which we found a bit noisy as vehicles in Cusco use the car horn at road junctions as drivers can’t see around corners due to the narrow roads and buildings, but we still slept well.

Excellent location, it was good for what I needed. A good night sleep and privacy. Really good location The town in general is a bit noisy since everyone wakes up early for early tours so keep that in mind.

The sheets weren’t clean. They dont speak English , you have to communicate with them with google translate.

The price and location seemed theoretically good We missed our connection and informed the hotel. They indicated no cancellation. When we arrived early the next morning, we wanted to shower there since we were already paying for the room and arrived well before checkout. They refused. No way to win this one.

This was a great location for us and though it's central, it was on a quiet corner. The breakfast was nice in the morning and we had a very large room! We were glad we could store our bags here the following day. Not a very lively atmosphere, but it had what we needed.

- the view from my room was stunning at night ... the lights of Cuzco - the room itself was good, good bed with more than enough blankets to survive Alaska - nice shower - staff was really friendly - great location, in San Blas, close to restaurants, shops, sights etc Breakfast ... I was not impressed. Chewy bread, empty plates where there should have been avocado, cheese and fruits, the sun was shining on the breakfast buffet which in my opinion is not ok ... what more can I say?

This was the first of two times I stayed at the hotel, the second time we stayed, the room was not good, it was on the top floor where they may not have been refurbished. Uphill walk from town to hotel There was a hair-ball left from the previous guests in our bathtub. The majority of tours leave very early, and their breakfast starts too late. I can't imagine a lot of people have breakfast because of this, even though breakfast came as part of the room rate. Instead we had sandwich and water because we asked for it, but something better could have been offered.

The internet connection didn't work the second day.Clerk said he'd try to fix it when more guests checked in. everN got fixed. Internet connection is very important on vacation. You can't be a 4 or 5 star hotel and not have a plan to fix faulty wi-fi
