Beautiful courtyard and delicious breakfast.

Beautiful boutique style, classic antiques, and art. So much personality and style. Not your basic South American hotel. Excellence all around. Food, rooms, spa, guest care. The staff was exceptional. Particularly the doorman Edwin, he was So helpful. Nothing

Cute authentic property with very nice atrium sitting area. Beds were super comfortable It is up a narrow failrly steep road with tight sidewalks

The breakfasts were out of this world with gorgeous plates of fruit, different breads and rolls, yogurt and juices, eggs and cheese and meat. And lovely avacado and cereals as well. There was always hot water for tea during the day. So friendly and a perfect location for walking to the main plaza and all the attractions of the city.

The breakfast was exceptional with such a variety of eggs, bread, cheeses , cold meat and fruits. All fresh and delicious. It really set us up well for our day of sightseeing. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with lack of hot water. It was quite chilly in the courtyard and in the rooms and a hot shower would have really helped.

It's a very pretty little hotel built around a central garden courtyard where they serve breakfast. It's very near San Blas plaza and an easy walk up to Tanda Pata or down to the Plaza de Armas. Generally reasonably quiet for being so close to the center. Staff are lovely and helpful. Not applicable

Centrally located. Comfortable room for three people (third bed up in a loft). Quiet. We stayed at a hotel the previous night that offered filtered water to guests so that they can fill their water bottles. Very disappointed that Huascaran doesn't provide this as our empty plastic bottles contribute to Cusco's trash problem. Also, we had to tell the front desk that the hot water wasn't working. They fixed it but what a pain for the person who didn't get a hot shower. The "box breakfast" for our early departure was a cheap bag of crackers, a juice box, and a banana. No coffee in lobby.

I'm not sure how this compares to other hotels in San Blas or Cusco, but there was no soundproofing. You could hear pretty much entire conversations from people in the courtyard or the comings and goings of people. Everyone was polite and courteous, you just had an awareness of everyone for the stay.

Great location in the cool San Blas area, with vehicle access for pick ups and drop offs. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds, courtyard was pleasant to regroup in, breakfast was great, with coffee, tea, juice, eggs, bread, fruit, avocados, and guacamole. We had eight different rooms. Most were pretty quiet, but the one facing the street was a bit noisy.

I really enjoyed this place. Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, great breakfast made by friendly staff, and super convenient location.

Location, staff and breakfast were great. The bathroom was very outdated and the toilet wasn’t flushing well. The shower also had issues.

Everything is lovely, and the staff were very helpful and considerate The neighbouring room was very loud and it was hard to rest, but that’s because it was san Blas celebration so there wasn’t much to do about it!
-
MOST AMAZING BREAKFAST!!! They let us check in early without extra fees. Loved the property and super friendly staff!
-
Very much enjoyed my stay. Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. The price is appropriate. Would recommend to others looking for a budget accommodation that is safe and clean.

Very clean, warm people . Es el lent customer service . Thank you! Everything was ok

Location is very good. San Blas is a nice neighborhood in Cusco, close to downtown and main attractions. Breakfast was quite good and they start very early, which is good to reach your tour on time. They kept our luggage for one day while we went to our tour to Machu Picchu, no charge Room was clean We had to request them to fix the Wifi a couple times

The location was the best The room was not as pictured on images. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself was awquard with a window facing the corridor we couldn’t really have it open. Breakfast was included and ok. However a couple of times when we got to the bread area was a total mess, with loads of dirty dishes everywhere and no one around. Not ideal.

Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Courtyard area was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to central Cusco attractions. My only complaint was that most of the rooms faced the central courtyard--which was nice, but also a little noisy. People were coming in late or leaving early for tours or flights. Some people were quiet and considerate and some were not. I expect this is a problem at many Cusco hotels. Bring earplugs or install a white noise app on your phone and you'll be okay.
