The hotel is clean , small and very well organized and run . We found Wilber to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. THe location is San Blas is ideal and charming.we have stayed there 4 different times and have always been impressed. We brought our family group of 14 and everyone liked it and commented on how nice the breakfast was. Nothing

Location in plaza de san blas is excellent and easily walkable to anywhere in Cusco city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff really go above and beyond to make sure your time in Cusco is wonderful. The rooms are newly renovated and the hotel is well kept. We booked here multiple times throughout our stay in Peru and don't regret it one bit. Shower drain is a little slow and the water from the shower leaks out to the floor a bit however it did not affect our stay at all.

The only issue was when you showered some of the water would start leaking outside the shower

I seriously have nothing bad to say about this place. Wil and all staffs are great. Room is cute and comfortable. It could be a bit noisy before midnight and 7-8 am in the morning since this is a small hotel but It didn’t bother me.

The staff is what made Casa Montes San Blas exceptional. Wilbert in particular was the best English speaker we met in Peru; he not only served delicious and beatiful breakfasts but also helped us arrange a private driver for the Sacred Valley!

It’s a nice, clean hotel in San Blas small plaza just three blocks up the hill from Plaza de Armas. Great location! My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, hot water, and a heater. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, juice, and a choice of pancakes or eggs. Overall, it would have been a perfect spot if it weren’t for the noise. Unfortunately, the kitchen was directly below my room, which caused noise early in the morning and during breakfast, so I didn’t sleep well. I requested a room change a few times, but the staff were not very empathetic.

This was a great stay. Wilbur was very helpful and attentive. The space was clean and quaint. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

I loved the San Blas square, you are just above all the tourist action and in walking distance to the Temple de Luna. The rooms were modern and well designed. The square has a local market on Saturdays. There are amazing restaurants right of the square. Also a laundry that finished my clothes in 90 minutes and was super affordable. They asked me to cancel my booking and go direct through them on arrival. I get there are fees, but honestly, I wouldn't have known about them without Bookings and Bookings has been good to me. So the integrity was a little off for those that care.

Great location and kind staff

Excellent location (on the San Blas Plaza), very quiet and cozy. Rooms are small but well-appointed—even an electric heater for cold nights and rainy days—and I enjoyed the views from the balcony. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is surprisingly good. Shower water was just barely warm enough. And there wasn’t much space to open a large suitcase.

The room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed. While the plaza san blas can get a little noisy (we faced it), the windows are very well sound-proofed. All of the decor was tasteful and cozy. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Finally, the location is perfect. Wilbert was very welcoming and he gave us a great restaurant recommendation. can't think of anything
