Helpful staff, good breakfast and a comfortable8 room..

I was solo travelling and the room met my needs. It had a safety deposit box, hair dryer, extra comforter and space heater since it gets cold at night. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and there were no issues with hot water supply nor water pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quiet at night and I like how it's a fairly quiet hotel during the day. The breakfast buffet was great too. Highly recommend this hotel! The windows shades are see through at night.

Breakfast good enough

The room it’s the best part big enough big bed decent bathroom, the little patio in the middle is just a small yard the cafeteria sucks, the room is not the big and the breakfast options are the worse, you can better room and way better breakfast and many other hotels for the same price The breakfast options are not the best the buffet is to simple, not many options for eggs nor many options for fruit juices in my personal opinion

nice location too many steps

Location was great, it was quiet, but close the centre of Cusco No lifts, so a lot of stairs, which on arrival in high altitude Cusco, can be a challenge. Staff were very helpful with getting luggage to the rooms.

Liked the breakfast and the view from our room Didn’t like the sales pitch every morning to buy souvenirs from woman situated near dining area

Great location near the Plaza de armas, with a beautiful view of the city. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again, recommended! Breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety

Close to downtown, nice and clean room, breakfast is excellent and available early morning, free drop off to the airport or any other destination you need to be. I had bitten by something and itches. I left my soft blanket and it was not reported at the front desk when I was looking for it.

The hotel is located in San Blas which is a nice neighbourhood. Although it is next to a super small busy street, it was quiet and peaceful at the property. We got a room upgrade to a more spacious room. The breakfast was the best we have seen in Peru so far with lots of choices. Staff was nice and polite. The matrass in the room needed replacement. The bathroom was a bit outdated, though everything was working fine.
