They didn't have our room ready. They change us to a smaller one but with one more bed

Good location. Quiet at night. The room was really not very clean. There are cleaner / cozier places at a similar price point in the same area. Didn't bother showering because hot water / water pressure were non existent. No running water in the lobby bathroom to wash hands.

Staff was friendly and room was good for the price. San Blas is an excellent location to stay in. Bathroom was a little dirty and the walls/doors were super thin so we could really heard everything.

lovely place with garden and big room in a great location. the staff was friendly and helpful, I only had sometimes difficulty to understand their Spanish dialect. the shower had only cold, something I overlooked when booking, but there has to be one thing not perfect when you get a room like that for the price I paid. so no harm done.

Personnel were so friendly and gentle.

The owner/person on site, Luis, is uniquely great as a host. He is so helpful, anything you need. I recommend this place highly.

The owner was lovely and very helpful. The accommodation was short distance walk from the centre of Cusco. The breakfast was simple but good, with eggs, jam, fresh bread and tea/coffee. Sadly, for the price we paid the rooms were a bit dated. The towels, sheets and pillow cases were very grey, stained and looked dirty (meaning we had to use our sleeping bag liners). The lighting in the rooms was nearly nonexistent.

We spent two nights at the hostal. It is located in the front of the market where you can get fruits etc. It is also close to the main square. The place was very quiet, and working people very helpful. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for us. We missed vegetables, so we just crossed the street and bought them at the market. If I owned the place, I would take better care of the yard :)

Lewis was lovely, really helpful & polite.Hostel in excellent location. The courtyard was nothing like the pictures and could have been tidied up.It gave the wrong first impression...everything else was fine.

Superb

1. Staff was very friendly and flexible. We could store our bagage while going on a trek and after checking out. We were also allowed to lend a towel for during the trek, which was extremely helpful. 2. The hostel is directly adjacent to one of the local markets. This was very convenient. Also a few minutes walking from the city center. 3. The garden was a good spot to relax. 1. Not an issue of the hostel per se, but water was unavailable by government mandated restrictions due to drought. 2. Breakfast was a little simple though identical to those served to us at other accomodations in the area.
