Location could be better, it is up the mountain from the main square which is tiring to walk. Good thing uber exists!

Bad location. Very far from the city center. No business etiquette. Confirm my booking 3 times one day before and then text me 2 hours before my arrival tried to cancel my booking because they gave my room to other guests. Bad business practice!

Owner confirmed 3 times with me the night before arrival. The next day morning while I was sitting on the plane waiting for departure he texted me told me my booking was cancelled. Yes can only mean that he gave out my room the night before after his confirmation. Went to the accommodation upon arrival, they offered me a different room with no actual window. At the same time I looked around the property and found that other rooms are on an attached medal spiral staircase. I decided not to take the room there. Nothing Unethical practices of business. Money hungry people who runs the facility. Pretty far from the city center on the hills.

Everything was excellent. Rumenik and Yovana are always ready to help in any situation and need. The room was super clean. Wifi works. This was my second stay and will be every time I come to Cusco. Location is great if you want the view but it's very high and for people who're not in a good shape it might be challenging to climb up there each time you go downtown to Plaza. But you have an option with public bus which will take you up there in a minute for only one SOL

I only stayed there for a night and morning but the owners were really nice and I could tell they care about the customers
