The receptionist was really helpful

The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful The room was cold (we stayed there in June) but we had enough blankets so it wasn't a problem during the night
-
We can't say much because unfortunately we were sick and we had to go to a clinic for the 3 nights that we have booked here. The owner cslled the clinic and a doctor came to the hotel and decided to take us with him to the hospital. Far from the city centre and, for what I remember, was quite cold but I don't know if they would provide a heater if asked.

It's run by a small team, so you will feel right at home. Location felt safe even at night. The breakfast is cooked to order by a housekeeper, who is the nicest lady. They were also pretty accommodating of our requests, arranging taxi rides from Poroy and the airport. We ended up extending our stay by another 2 nights just so we could come back to the same place after Machu Picchu. We left most of our belongings in the room + room safe while we were in Aguas Calientes, and had no issues. Location is about a 20 mins walk from the main historical town square. The walk felt safe even at night though, plus it was only a USD 2-3 Uber ride anyway. Wasn't a game changer for us.

The staff were so friendly! They got us everything we asked for. It took a minute to get things ready, especially because we weren’t sure what time we were going to arrive.

nice room and friendly staff. breakfast was simple but good. super noisy. you could hear everyone outside your room and even what they talked about. not to mention the wild dogs outside barking their heads off every hour of the day (and night).

Friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Especially Wilbert is providing you a pleasant stay. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, shelf, hangers to store stuff, table, chairs, TV... About 15 min walking distance from the main plaza in a quiet area. Good basic breakfast. Very good coffee. -

New, fresh, clean hotel Staff was very friendly, especially Wilbert, helped us with the taxi and other needs Room was big, bed was good, lots of pressure on shower WiFi was good Price was very good and location was like 10-15 min to Plaza de Armas, so that's fine Not much, was very nice place to come back to after a long day.

I usually stay in hostels, but stayed here while recovering from illness. The space is very nice, it’s all new and feels very fresh and open. My room was very basic, just the necessities, but given the price it was great. The breakfast was also basic, just toast with eggs and coffee made to order, but the staff were so kind and the atmosphere was nice in the breakfast room. Eliana was so hospitable and always did her best to help even through the language barrier. Since I was mostly in my room sick the fact that the wifi was excellent was also a huge bonus for me. The floors were pretty dusty, I wore my shoes even in the room or else I would have dust bunnies clinging to my socks/feet. The location seems to be marked wrong on google maps, and it’s a bit further from the main tourist area than most other hotels.

Everything Little far from the city

The hotel was incredibly organized. All of the facilities are new and clean. The breakfast is included in the price and was very delicious and included a lot of food and drinks. But most of all the staff were amazing! Especially Wilber who helped us with everything and was available and understanding! We had a great time and we highly recommend it! The location is a bit far from the city center. About 15 minutes walk.

It was a very nice place to stay! At the reception was a man who’s name is Wilmer. He was helping me with many things. It was a very kind en friendly man. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. I stayed in several hotels in Cusco, but this was by far the best. The bed was very nice, and the price of the hotel was also good. Nothing, everything was great.

our host Wilber was the best, very kind and willing to make our stay the as enjoyable as possible. personally made us breakfast in the morning to our convenience and saw to it we had everything we needed. the hotel is a short walk to the surrounding markets and the main square. Wilber was there for every question and honestly the best host we have Probably ever had. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, heaters and kettle in the rooms. wifi was sometimes spotty
