No nos habían dejado papel higiénico ni jabón en la habitación, pero lo trajo al día siguiente en la mañana cuando leyó mi mensaje. Las sábanas de la cama estaban un poco viejitas.

My luggage was stored without any extra charge.

There was a missing part of the window in the bedroom and bathroom, which led to noise and light coming in from the other room at night

Shower not the best, but still well worth the money.

I booked a triple room thinking I would be sharing but I had it to myself which was great and it had its own private bathroom which was awesome! Zuzan was very lovely and welcoming. It was a little further from town (10-15 minute walk) but not unreasonable and the area seems a bit unsafe but it was fine.

The host was so nice and accommodating. This property provided everything we need. Nice dining room and kitchen. Would definitely stay if in Cusco again. Nothing

Zuzan, the host, is very nice, straightforward and sweet. The beds are very comfortable and it’s great value for money. Nice location if you like to be a bit removed from the main square. Nice simple breakfast Hot water was hard to come by in the showers and I also found it cold in the building generally. The building is also close to the train tracks so you could hear trains passing by. I didn’t ask until late in my stay the trick for hot water.

The only issue was the hot water in the shower. Didn't really work to good

Very comfortable and cozy. Lovely staff. A comfortable walk from the historic center. There was no water coming out of the shower at all, so washing was impossible.

You feel like home

She was very nice. She gave me everything I asked for...eh. heating , new towels etc . I also could leave my things there while I went to Machu picchu The water couldn't get enough pressure to get warm so everytime I need to shower I needed to ask Zuzana to put the pressure up. Which was a bit annoying as sometimes I needed to have shower super early ot super late. But Zuzana always fixed so there was no problem.

The owner is a dedicated lady whoo will treat you with outmost respect and consideration. She was extremely helpful when I needed help. I don't think breakfast was included but I was still treated to a hot drink, some bread and a slice banana for breakfast. Inn general, my experience was awesome. What you pay for what you receive can't be better in Cusco. I recommend this place.

Was a bit distant from the center but not a big deal and the walk is nice
-
Amazing host, hot shower, great WiFi, quiet, super clean, very equiped and spacious kitchen. A bit far from the center but it's really the best place with private rooms that I've stayed in in Cusco, so extra 6 minutes walk didn't hurt my legs.

Everything was great. The host is extremely helpfull and nice. We were able to leave our luggage while going to MP. Very clean rooms, nice location, 12 min on foot to the centre. Home vibe. Hot water (while setting with a little bit lower presure). Great value for money. Definetely worth to stay.

Zuzan looked after us when we had bad altitude sickness..teas to help lots of advice on getting about. The view from the apartment is spectacular in the morning and st night. The shower didn't always have hot water or ran hot and cold during shower. Be careful if you are not fit tge stairs are steep to the apartment.

Nice location and a very kind host ?

Zuzan was the best host I’ve had in all of Peru, answering all of my questions right away, meeting all of my needs, and going the extra mile to adjust to my weird schedule and make sure I was taken care of. In terms of the hostel itself, the beds are very comfortable, plenty of blankets for when it is cold season, very clean rooms, very clean living space as well. Bathrooms were very nice and I never had an issue with hot water. She also let me keep my bags there even when I didn’t have a night booked! Zuzan is the best and will definitely be back here if I (hopefully) make it back to Cusco one day!!

I only stayed for 1 night because the place I was staying didn't have free rooms for that night but I wish I had found this place earlier! It felt like home. The owner was very kind and the room was spacious and cosy. It also has a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the courtyard. I didn't have breakfast here because I had to check-out early but the owner offered to prepare something for me even if I had to leave before the regular breakfast time. The wi-fi inside my room was a bit weak. The location is a bit far from the city center and involves a bit of uphill (that I only minded because I was walking there with all my luggage)
