Very good location, short walk from the city center. The room was warm, really spacious and comfortable, cleaned every single day. Hot water always available and excellent wifi. Sergio, the host, was among the best we have ever had, really helpful and accommodating with all our questions and requests, eg. early breakfast service when we had tours, helping find accommodation in our next destinations, etc. Also, do not miss the tours organized by his agency! -

It's in a quiet street, 12 min walk to plaza de armas, 8 min to Mercado de San Pedro, church, 3 min to airport bus stop(small bag). Very friendly and helpful host. Exclusive external bathroom(with hot water) worked well since bathroom didn't have a window. Had hairdryer and good wi-fi in room. Nice breakfast. Very comfy beds, with extra blankets. Nothing. Had a great stay.

This place is 15 minutes from central square. Nice owner. Additional services like laundry. In general I’m satisfied. Shower is not comfortable for shaving. But it’s definitely not critical.

Had a last minute change in plans and booked a night here. The host was very kind and got us into a room on short notice. Good location. Clean stay. Nice breakfast. Great stay for reasonable price.

This was such a good find in Cusco! Sergio is an amazing host. The breakfast each morning consisted of eggs, bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juice. Our room and bathroom was super clean and it was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The shower was also super strong and very warm. The only thing I would say is that the kitchen is very basic

Hello, this suited our budget needs for value accommodation since we are long term travellers. Sergio was helpful and even offered a short term luggage storage. The room was warm and bright with shelving that allowed for organizing of items. As well, despite being in a city no audible sounds of traffic noise. I would strongly recommend for the budget conscious traveller.

We really liked the room. It was really cozy, just a bit cold. But it is possible to rent a heater. The host is very helpful and cleans the room everyday with fresh towels. breakfast is until 9.30am with eggs, breads, julce and more -

The owner, Sergio and his charming little daughter strove to meet our every need. The property was clean, breakfast was good, and the location was just far enough from the town center to be quiet. My husband had a musical emergency during our stay, and Sergio generously allowed us to check out quite late so we could meet with our doctor before departing. The attached private bathroom was off a drafty back patio, and was chilly. This was a minor issue for us.

Sergio was a very helpful and friendly host. Comfortable room. Good location, only 10min walk from the centre. Very fast laundry service available. He was happy to store my bags for several days while hiking.
