Andean Dreams Hotel

Good hot shower and comfortable beds. Location was great. Breakfast was decent. You can hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. I had a problem at check-in because the hotel claimed they had a problem with booking and wanted more money. Only after calling booking the problem was fixed, which was kind of annoying to deal with.

Location was very good. When I said it was cold in the room, they lent me a blanket and a heater free of charge, which was nice.

The location is good and people working there are very nice and helpful The room was very creepy, it has a window in the middle of the room, the walls seems to have mold, it didn’t smell well either. We didn’t pay much for the place but it didn’t worth it

Room was damp, no soap or hand towels in the bathroom to wash hands after the bathroom. WiFi didn't work properly and the room was quiet dark.

The staff was very nice and attentive, giving directions and suggestions. The shower was not working properly. It was cold, everyday. I asked and the answer was that because it was with gas, apparently there was nothing to be done. However on the first night I stayed in another room where the shower was electric and it was working perfect. I requested to move to another room the last night and they said they will check but they never came back to me..

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was within close proximity to the centre of Cusco, within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and willing to help with any situation and did not hesitate when asking for assistance. The quality of the breakfast was adequate enough with a fair variety available to choose from. The food was freshly cooked. I was rather unhappy in that the hotel room and the hotel I stayed in general had mostly felt cold throughout my time there especially in the mornings. For example, their was no heating or radiators inside my room, had to request for a portable heater and for extra bed blankets to be supplied. The restaurant downstairs in where breakfast was severed also felt cold. In the bathroom both the sink and shower only had cold water for most of the time. I was only able to use warm water in the shower when getting up early.

After I checked in I was told by staff that there is not water available n the room because of some municipal supply issue.

Very poor

Small hotel close enough to the main sights, but far enough from the noise. It is a very basic, but comfortable place. Since I didn't spend much time here, I can say that it's a good choice for travelers wanting a place to rest. They provide a light to go breakfast if you have to leave early in the morning (bread, juice, fruit). They also provided free storage for my luggage when I checked out. I didn't mind, but be aware that you have to take stairs. There is no elevator.

Location is perfect, couple mins from plaza.de armas. Staff is warmly, friendly and helpful 24/7. I Liked everything ?

Helpful Too many internets in each area one

Safe and walking distance to everywhere Walls made of paper. Could hear every word from the next doors and up above. To make things worse , the kitchen down below starts 6am and could hear them making breakfast and talking. Barely got any goodnight sleep.
