The location was perfect and bed was comfy. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee could've been a lot better. It's a charming old building, but it has very creaky old floors and doors. I could hear every single step from the rooms next door and above us, well into the late night. Also, our room had poor air circulation and it became very stuffy at night. There were no windows or fans in the room, so we didn't get much sleep.

Very present and warm comfortable rooms Coffee not the greatest - and no yogurt without sugar - no soy milk either.

The staff were kind and accommodating.

Nice boutique feel, with balcony, in an excellent location. Breakfast was below what we had at other lodging. Coffee had to be microwaved, and beyond excellent fruit, there were limited options.
-
The room wooden floors were a bit noisy when walking.

I loved this place.. It is better than more expensive hotels in Cusco.. give it a shot.. We felt like royalty staying at this place.

Very beautiful and clean and felt very welcoming Nothing

Location, breakfast with fresh fruits, value all great.

The location was amazing, the property was historic and unique, the hot showers were terrific, the breakfast was nice and included lots of fresh fruit and fruit juices every morning, the staff was welcoming and helpful. There are a lot of stairs and uneven steps, so if you have mobility limitations, this would not be the best place to stay.

Location, price and room . . Great bed! Very boutique inn. The breakfast.

The hotel was not far from the Plaza de Armas. We did not have much of a view from our window, but we did not have any street noise either. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage their while we hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated. No complaints.

Since the floor is wooden, tours usually start early in the morning, and the guests in the room above us made a lot of noise with their footsteps, so was complicated to us sleeping well at that moment.

Very unique hotel. Charming

Great location and nice balcony. No body wash, no face towels, they required you to pay at checkin. Also, the rooms were not sound proof. I could hear people in the other rooms, talking and walking around and I could hear people on the hallway talking, which disturbed my rest. They also charged 5 soles for dirt on a towel, which towels get dirty when used.
