Estancia San Pedro Hotel

Durante nuestra estancia nos pidieron dejar las llaves cada vez que salíamos del hotel, algo que nos pareció muy extraño. Lo más preocupante fue que al regresar de un tour y solicitar nuestras llaves, nos informaron que no estaban las tenía una persona y estaba dentro de nuestra habitación fuera del horario habitual de limpieza. Además, recibimos explicaciones contradictorias por parte del personal sobre el motivo de su presencia. Aunque no notamos objetos faltantes, una de las camas parecía haber sido utilizada y encontramos contenido reproduciéndose en nuestra cuenta de Netflix que no estábamos viendo. Esta situación nos hizo sentir muy incómodos y preocupados por nuestra privacidad y seguridad. No volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Pd. No agreguen sus cuentas de plataformas en el hotel.

Our room was right by the “lobby” the smoke from the guests came into the room. The room didn’t have shades so the light in the morning woke me up.

Need a little more heat

Location. 5-7 min to San Pedro market There was a big party out in the courtyard and they were pretty loud until 2-3 am.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good (we love the fry eggs)! Good location: close to supermarket and 3 minutes walk to Plazoleta San Pedro, 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. They have a big storage room to store our luggage.

There was no constant hot water in the mornings.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We liked the tea service by the door. All the doors slam when shut. The light in the main area was on so late and shined so brightly in our room we couldn't sleep. We would hear conversations at all hours outside our room and through the walls. We couldn't figure out how to watch regular tv if it was offered. The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. Not a good place to stay with really early wake up calls for travelers seeing that the noise and lights made it hard to go to sleep early.

Great history and architecture, clean room, good breakfast. The room as very small and there really wasn't room for our suitcases.

It was at a good location with a cute layout. The front desk was not very friendly, the room is very loud, any noise on the hallway can be heard, could not sleep since 5 in the morning.

Comfortable room and helpful staff Dark mold growing in the bathroom, the foot lever on the toilet trash can was broken, and the location wasn’t as close to attractions in the center as I’d like.

Very clean and great location. A bit noisy in the morning and no curtains in my room to block the light coming in.

I love the staff at the counter, the cleaning lady and the lady at the kitchen. They all make me and my wife feel welcome. The property was well kept and always maintained in good condition.

They cancelled one night of my booking so i had to move to a different hotel wich was very inconvenient.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great price : 3 rooms less than $200/night Narrow street access. Courtyard & room doors are very loud/noisy as many visitors leave for early morning adventures or airport.

The staff was fantastic and was responsive to our request to move one of the rooms to the older, better (and less noisy) part of the hotel. The new section is loud
