Someone at the reception 24/7, they were really attentive. The room is quite spacious. The view from the common areas is amazing. Kitchen well equipped. Location is amazing! The neighbourhood felt really safe and since it's a bit away from the main street is was really quiet.

good location, good price no heating in a cold climate. uncomfortable up-cycled pallet chairs on the terrace

The common areas look nice and cozy It was not possible to take a hot shower. The first day it came hot for around 10 seconds then it was freezing. We complained about it and the day after they told us they checked it and it was working, except it wasn't, it just lasted 20 seconds instead of 10, which is not fantastic after a long day of trekking

Wifi signal is only good at certain areas of the hostel.

Nice hostel, common places are great. Shower head was not ideal, but not a big problem. They have luggage storage.

On request they gave us a portable heater to use in the room which very effective. We enjoyed the free hot water and tea selection. The wifi was amazing, we got over 100mbps down and up in our room! The staff were all very friendly. We had some trouble organising a refund in Spanish on a website and the receptionist helped us for an hour to solve it and was extremely patient and kind. The shower temperature only remained constant for a minute or so then became very cold or very hot. The kitchen area surfaces weren’t very clean.

They organized and coordinated all the tours and the buses. Very helpful. The kitchen is great for cooking our own meals. You cannot buy a bottle of water at the recepcion.

We stayed in different hostels in Cusco, but this was the best one. Friendly staff, nice rooftop to relax, you can cook dinner, luggage storage, good beds, location to city center is 5-10 minute walk, safe and quiet area. I do not like it that the clean sheets do not cover the blanket, but you see that a lot in Peru. We stayed in total 4 nights, and most of the time we had warm shower, but not always.

Check in was easy even though the staff member didn't really know how to work with the ATM POS terminal. My room was quite big and had plenty of sunlight. They cleaned it every day during my short stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location close to the San Pedro market and San Francisco square. Safe area at night. Good value for money and quiet area. Wifi worked well. I didn't have water on my last day but apparently it's a common problem in Cusco. Whenever I showered, it leaked on to the floor and created a big slippery puddle.

Lovely little hostel in a nice quiet part of town. I'm an older solo-traveller so was not looking for a party hostel. This place was calm, well put together, and had lovely rooms. After having travelled for several weeks I was also very grateful for the always-hot and powerful shower. Truly a blessing! And the staff were very kind, looking after my bags which I visited Machu Picchu for a couple of days, and arranging an early morning taxi to the airport for me. The rooms were a little dated, and parts of it hadn't been cleaned particularly well. The blankets on the bed were very stained, but had clearly been washed/pressed so they weren't dirty, just not exactly appealing to sleep with.

The kitchen is a little out of order

A good night sleep on comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly It’s a bit of a walk to the centre. And this isn’t really a place to meet people as it’s so quiet. The kitchen is very basic and people steal food from the fridge even though it’s labelled

Location - very close to San Pedro square & market Had a hairdryer at reception Wifi was poor! Kitchen was not very well equipped. Only 3 hobs to cook on so people was waiting to use them. No microwave in the kitchen??? Shower on ground floor not good!

The hostel is located near the market in a less touristy part of town (but be aware it’s a 10-15 min walk to the plaza). The staff were so friendly and helpful. The dorm room was spacious and felt secure. The beds are comfy and for the most part the shower was hot. There is a storage room to leave bags if you’re hiking. The kitchen is not very well equipped and there is occasionally a water issue. They could also do with restocking toilet paper/soap/matches more often.
