Very very nice and friendly staff. Helpful. Good location. Breakfast OK. Room was quite small. Beds creak

We were welcomed with coca tea, and everyone was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. After checkout, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage until our car arrived, which we really appreciated. The place was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and breakfast was great. The water was nice and warm as well. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Eveything about this hotel was amazing, the two ladies helped us through everything meaning they helped up book excursions with the hotel which was really reliable. Perfect location from the historic center, I truly recommend this property to anyone. I loved eveything

Good location Strange staff We arrived to the hotel, they offered us a tea, when we sat down we just began to drink and the lady rushed us to the room. The rooms are very warm no fresh air at all, no windows Breakfast is included but we got 4 pieces of bread and 2 pieces of cheese that’s it. They asked us to leave the keys of the room when leaving so no security for your things The hot water to shower is poor also

Very nice little hotel with very friendly staff I really enjoyed my time at Colquewasi. I would really like to recommend it to everyone. Good breakfast very close to everything in the city. And for a good price ♥️?

Simple but nice room. No windows in the bedroom, a lot of ants in the bathroom and bedroom, the blankets and pillows were not comfortable. You can hear everything from the hallway. It's far from the central square.

Nothing Booked the property, arrived there a few hours later on a very wet and cold evening. The lady was reluctant to open the front door even after i had showed her our booking through the window. She eventually let us in and then got annoyed that we were wet and her floor was getting wet. I had booked a triple room which was available on the website but in reality it wasn't as it was being painted. So she offered us a single and a twin room next to each other which we accepted. Shortly after she came to our rooms and showed us other rooms which were not acceptable. I think she was trying to get us to accept one room rather than using 2. We stayed in the 2 separate rooms. There didn't seem to be any other guests in the establishment. Later in the night, the twin room's toilet kept leaking after each flush, another older lady came and completely shut off the water in the bathroom. I was in the single room and turned the shower on, after a few minutes the water was still cold. I went down and the older lady told me to keep the shower running for at least 5mins before any hot water came through. I also asked one of the ladies if it was possible to have a breakfast pack for the next morning as we had a tour picking us up at 4:45am and she said no. Odd as the previous hotel was ok to provide. The next morning we left early and returned around 6:30pm. The rooms hadn't been tended to, the beds were as we had left them, no clean towels, and I also ran out of toilet paper. The water in the twin room was till shut off and I had ants in my room, the bathroom as well as in my bag. The breakfast the next day consisted of 2 rolls each, jam and some hot water. Would not recommend this hotel. There are many others to choose from.

At least there was one tiny 50x25cm window under the ceiling looking to the outside, so I could see if it's day or night. The staff really doesn't speak a single word of English, which made communication hard. Also- the rooms have windows to the corridors, which means it is always loud and too light. Floors were ice cold and there was not even a tiny towel in the bathroom to ease the cold.

Superb
-
close to San Pedro market and quiet place very bad and slow internet. And it takes a long time for shower to heat up. Staff hardly spoke English.
-
small room, you hear the noises from out side, the stuff don’t speak English.

Service by Winston and the crew, like having a concierge who provided personal assistance whenever available -- not only made suggestions and explained things, but guided me where I needed to go and assisted with getting local services. Facilities were just what I needed, in good condition, away from busy, hard sell tourism of center, but not too far to walk. Breakfast was minimal, & its ending time meant lights out (not the latest to start.)
