The staff was amazing, always available, and accommodating. He always helped me with a smile. Cannot beat the accommodation for the price and the bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot.

Quiet but friendly hosts
-
The only thing i didn't like was that the room was very cold and was hard sleeping at night, there is no heating :(.
-
Owners were very friendly and helpful, great location near San Pedro Market. Quiet rooms
-
It is cosy, quiet little sanctuary with a great bed to room size ratio, close to all the main sites in Cusco Water is hot but only just hot enough
-
I’m unfortunately the showers are cold.
-
The showers are very basic. Nowhere to put your soap, towel, or clothes. There is only one toilet. As per other reviews, there isn't always toilet paper. What really annoyed me was the fact that there is no hand washing soap in the toilet.
-
Hot shower lots bathrooms, quieter street but only 10 mins to market/ main plaza abit further
-
Comfy beds, good showers, the owners were really lovely and kind. Kitchen was too small to cook anything really

The hosts were real sweethearts, super kind and helpful. The place itself is nice and cosy and a bit more quiet than the places in the city centre.

The owners were so lovely and very kind. Really comfy and clean rooms. Big too. Bathrooms we're good. Location a little out the centre but still good. Kitchen wasn't great for cooking

The location is a short walk into the centre. The property is quiet and peaceful. The room had everything we needed; comfy bed, warm blankets, lamp etc. We rented towels from them. The shower and toilets are communal but kept clean. The man and woman running this are so kind and helpful. They let us check in let and store our baggage whilst we went on the Salkantay trek. The price is really good value considering all of the above. On our last day, unfortunately the water was cut off so we were unable to shower that day. This was something out of their control though.

Very warm and helpful hosts who made me feel like at home. Basic but cozy and clean room. Privacy and quietness. Location was good, 5 mins away from Mercado Central.

An amazing place...simple, quiet, tranquilo. It's on a quiet side street, a 5 minute walk to San Pedro market and 15 minutes to Plaza De Las Armas. The hosts, Yta and her husband, are fantastic...super friendly, always ready and happy to help with anything they can: tours, travel advice on local sites, doctor visits, etc., whatever you need, above and beyond the call of duty. Yta is one of the kindest, warmest hearted people you will ever meet, a delightful loving person. They don't speak English but that's easily worked around with Google Translate. Has a small kitchen and a large eating room. I loved it here, in Cusco and at Chelitos Backpacker, and stayed at this hostel for 2 weeks. Highly recommended!❤️

me and my friend (2 females) stayed in Chelito's for almost a week. room we stayed in was spacious and had a locker. there is also a small fully equipped kitchen available. we were able to leave our backpacks in the hostel multiple times as we were doing overnight trips to other locations. the owners are SOOO KIND and caring! this place felt like home to us - muchas gracias?? sometimes there was no hot water for showering or there was missing soap in washroom
