The hotel team were so incredibly lovely! This is a budget hotel, but it exceeded our expectation- it was clean and comfortable. We kept returning as we were using Cusco as a base for travels. It is located in a less touristy part of town, closer to the main market and more local, which was a great experience. Not really a big issue, and everything else makes up for it, but sometimes there wasn't a lot of hot water in the shower.

One of my favorite places I stayed in Cusco! Definitely the warmest welcome ? The owners and their adorable dog are so sweet and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, beds are great, and the shower is the hottest I’ve found in Peru! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything but not in the thick of tourist madness. The owner also has an amazing collection of antiques, artifacts and old photos that she’ll happily tell you all about. It feels like coming home. Can’t recommend it enough! ? Nothing

Nothing The hostel is not prepared for tourism. It says breakfast is included, but it’s just bread with an egg, and if you ask for another one, they charge 2 soles per egg. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. The location is bad — the train passes by all the time making noise. I needed to extend my stay for just a few hours and was charged for a full night, even though there were several empty rooms. There isn’t even hot water available at the reception to make tea, and even when you ask, they are not helpful.

The location was amazing and you get what you paid for. The beds are a little hard, there’s no slippers in the room and the breakfast is only from 7:30-8:30 (egg, bread and shake)

Friendly and spacious, with a large dining room on top floor with an open terrasse, all with superb view of the city and surrounding mountains. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the breakfast is acceptable, and the price is slightly below average. Excellent internet. I stayed for about ten days and was able to leave some bags when I went hiking for a few days. Overall a very good deal.

The breakfast it was ok, but I little bit poor. The room wasn't sound proof at all, we could ear everything from outside. On morning, like 6 am it came one big group and they were making so much noise for like 30 minutes, than seem that they were inside the room.

If you're looking for cheap accommodation in a convenient location with 24h reception that will do. However if you're expecting professional customer service and standard cleanliness, safe location and a peaceful environment better look elsewhere.

The Location is quite good for the price. In warmer seasons I am sure the hotel is a bit more comfortable, but in Winter, when I was there the restaurant and reception area were extremely cold. I didn't like that the bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed (i was sharing the room with a friend which was a bit uncomfortable when having to use the bathroom). Also they didn't clean every day though it said so in the booking and I wouldn't say they are the most service oriented staff out there ..

Excellent service, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure, good location, good breakfast, great place to work on the 4th floor and a desk in the room as well. Slept very well and enjoyed my stay here. The owner is so lovely :) The WiFi dropped out a little bit sometimes, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t manage with my mobile network

Everything, Amazing staff. It’s Home sweet Home. No complaints
