There's not such a thing.

The room was freezing cold and the space heater they gave us to use did nothing to help. No hot water for shower. I found bugs in the bed the next morning.

The rooms were a little small, but very nice. We loved the little cafe connected to it! It was great!

Staff were helpful and the hotel breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and had daily housekeeping which was nice. Some of the facilities were not great; our sink had a leak and our shower would start to run out of hot water. There is no heat in the room which is typical of hotels in Cusco but a space heater would have been nice as it gets quite cold at night.

Nice staffs. Small room had no place to sit luggage

Wonderful accommodating staff Very comfortable beds Noisy location. And just outside by a little bit of the historical area.

The location of the property was good and it was easily accessible to plaza armas and had good restaurants near. The staff was also super helpful. We reached early to the hotel and they did everything they could to give us the room as soon as possible. They even offered us the breakfast on that day. The only problem I had was hot water. We DO GET hot water but it take more than 5-6 min for the water to get hot.

Excellent services! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff. Decent coffee for breakfast. You can hear street noise, but it generally was pretty quiet by 11pm.

Very, very helpful staff. Good communication. Room was really clean and bed sheets very clean. Good bed Hot water in the shower. Room temperature was good (we feared it could be cold, but was just fine, it was October) We had extra blankets Location is very convenient. Breakfast was diverse, fresh, i liked it a lot. When we had to leave early, we always got a breakfast box. Furniture is a little old The socket was a little old, possibly, and our phone charger did not fit well in it, was loose, so had a little trouble when charging the phone

All the staff were really friendly

Clean room with a good bed & nice pillows. So many things. Let’s start with the hot water, or lack thereof. We called the front desk who promised it would be on in 15 minutes. Nope cold showers. Still cold water only the next morning. Brutal street traffic. Very little noise insulation, honking and sirens all night long, very little sleep.

It is 5 minutes walk to Peru rail combine ticket to Machu picchu bus stop, so it is very easy when you take bus at 3 am. The street is safe . Breakfast is good . Hope hot water can come up quicker.

We enjoyed the breakfast (especially the fresh squeezed orange juice!) The room was small but comfortable. The location was a bit farther from the main square than our other hotel but still walking distance

No elevator, so altitude sickness can hit you unexpectedly while climbing the stairs.
