Aqua Hotel Cusco

The location of the hotel it’s next to a busy road however, at night you don’t hear the cars or people. It’s right across a Plaza Vea which you can do some of your grocery shopping (e.g. water, hygiene stuff etc). Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was good even though not too many options but can’t complaint since it was included. All fruits were fresh and the juices were exceptional. One bonus from this hotel is that you are able to leave your bags after checkout and come back for them when you need to head out of town. The place has 5 floors which the breakfast area is located on the fifth floor and does not have elevator, not an issue for me but others with smaller kids or disability. Small issue is the WiFi, passing the second floor the signal gets weak, but if you don’t rely on WiFi it’s not a big deal. Overall amazing stay, friendly staff would definitely stay again! Slow WiFi

Cozy, clean, rooms are big, the BIG PLUS, our room had a jacuzzi as we request, and the staff was amazing, The service is more personalized compared to big Hotels, and Nelly, Linda, Pepe, and night staff, were always there trying to make our stay the best possible. I will definitely will stay again there. Perhaps breakfast can be improved a bit.

Very cold in the rooms, no heaters provided

We loved the location and how most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn’t like the fact that the rooms were really cold. I say rooms because we were accompanied by 2 other friends and they had booked a separate room in this hotel. We asked for a solution to the same and one of the staff mentioned he can get us a portable heater for $ 20 which we declined as it wasn’t big enough to heat up the room. We also never got an official receipt for the hotel payment of USD $ 136 even when asked for it multiple times including on what’s app after we checked out.

Location was excellent. Didn’t make use of the breakfast facility since most days the tours started early morning (4-5 am) so breakfast had not yet started. No heater so the room was VERY cold

I like that the change my room for a better wifi but i frozend on the room the bed was so tiny and lack of blankets

Everything. The reception staff was horrible, especially the 2 ladies. The rooms were extremely cold. Before the trip I asked the hotel about heaters and they advised there were plenty. When I requested they advised it would be 20 sol/day; it didn’t work.

Excellent and comfortable hotel, nice and clean rooms, walking distance to Plaza d Armas. Staff is always pleasant and friendly.

I booked the Double Room with Spa Bath, but when I came to check in they said they don't have it any more, and I had to take a Double Room instead, no other choice or apology. At breakfast on the first day, they ran out of milk and that's it, tough. No effort to buy some from across the road. Need to improve Customer service.
