Our double room only had an indoor window that faced the stairwell, which wasn’t ideal for privacy or for cooling down the room, which became too warm at bedtime. The hotel did provide fans but I would’ve preferred a real window.

Warm and inviting atmosphere, breakfast was amazing, offered to-go box breakfast for early morning departure, tea bar and water available 24/7. Our room had no windows, the vent fan for the bathroom was open to the hallway so we could hear people talking.

Everything was fantastic! From the service, the kind staff, the comfort of the rooms and the incredible breakfast, we had a wonderful stay. It was also in the perfect location to walk around Cusco

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was super comfy. Location was perfect and central but not too crowded or busy. And the complimentary breakfast was exceptional - lots of fresh offerings, and made to order items. They even packed me a to go breakfast the morning I left for Machu Picchu at 4 am!! I was even able to arrange a 2-hr tour of the city with someone from the hotel. This was the best hotel I stayed at in all of Peru. Highly, highly recommend!

Breakfast was truly fantastic, staff were very helpful, especially since dont speak Spanish. They coordinated with my tour guides and drivers. They charge for bottled water, which I did no like and WIFI was a bit of an issue.

Lovely boutique hotel in Cusco historical centre. Amazing breakfast with exotic local fruits, incredibly friendly staff. Great place There's a lot of noise on the city streets - but the hotel thoughtfully leaves ear-plugs in your room!
