The host/manager Joswar is very nice, and he prepared lunch sandwich for the days that I had to leave at 4am for my tours. For other days, breakfasts were very nice and good amount. Rooms are clean, bed excellent. Overall exceptional value.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cusco and would happily recommend it to other travelers. The property features a beautiful interior courtyard that creates a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. It was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. The room service was very good, and we appreciated the shared kitchen and common facilities, which were clean, convenient, and well maintained. A portable heater was also available when needed, which was especially appreciated during the cooler nights. A special thank you to the host Josuar (if I am spelling the name correctly), who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He provided excellent recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and local activities, making our experience in Cusco even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions while still offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The value for money is outstanding—the quality of the accommodation and service far exceeded our expectations for the price. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Cusco.

The room was cold at evening and had no electric heater but I guess it is common for Cusco during winter time.

Beds are super comfortable with nice thick blankets to stay warm. Super clean, and very friendly people who run this place. And the breakfast, yummy. Highly to recommend. Nothing....everything was perfect.

The hotel is situated on a busy street. It is hidden behind a gate. Once past the gate, you see a nice little garden inside, and you can feel the peace and quietness, plus 2 little pet rabbits. Rooms are clean. The staff will pack you breakfast if you need to leave early in the morning.

The rooms needs heating!!!! It was very cold there!

Very friendly owners, a large and very clean room (incl hot water shower) with a beautiful little balcony, and a delicious breakfast. I could even do my laundry for a very fair price and store my luggage when going to Machu Picchu. I felt very comfortable and would gladly stay here again!

The husband and wife running the place were amazingly warm, kind, helpful, and accommodating. Need some eggs instead of ham, for a veggie breakfast option, maybe a bit of fruit? Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Great place if you stay in Cusco

Mr. Joswar is very kind and helpful. His English is excellent and he knows Cusco very well. When he learned that I’m a Transformers fan, he enthusiastically shared precise photo locations. He also stored part of my luggage for free for 5 days. Highly recommended! It would be even better if there were an additional trash bin in the room.
