Everything was good

Excellent location. Great rooftop patio area. Comfortable beds and hot water in the shower.

The people at the hostel were great!

Nice location for me as I want to stay at somewhere between the plaza and collectivo area. Nice price for a single en-suite bedroom. Hot drinking water available on request. The owner was friendly. The single bedroom I stayed was a bit tight that if I lay my suitcase flat it blocks the door way. Anyway I only stayed for a night so it was okay. Especially when the price and location are good.

Receptionist was kind, friendly and accommodating. The owner was also very kind and helpful. Beautiful garden and terrace. Recommend the upstairs rooms with private bathroom as the other rooms are a little dingy. Great value for money and staff are lovely. Very central too! Recommend while in Cusco!

We really enjoyed our stay at Posada Azul, got a room at the terrace with a shared bathroom and and it was great. The owner is wonderful, nice, polite, accommodating. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Posada Azul and had an exceptional experience. The hotel was incredibly clean, with beautifully decorated rooms that made our stay very comfortable. The owner was warm and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The location is unbeatable—close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area. And the best part? The price was amazing for the quality of the service and accommodations. I highly recommend Posada Azul for anyone visiting Peru!

Very good

A friendly and relaxed place to stay in the historic centre of Cusco.

The location was ideal and the staff was super - thank you Angel and Diego!! Diego, I appreciated the friendliness and nice conversation - hope to see you again! The bathroom was very small. The room door didn't close unless locked, but if locked from the outside it couldn't be unlocked from the inside and viceversa, which is not ideal if there's more than one guest - when one was in the room and the other wasn't we had to leave the door unlocked and it would be blown half open by the wind.

The property is located near the attractions which was really nice but what I really liked about this place is the staff. They’re really nice and very accommodating. Nothing

The establishment is managed by an owner, a man. Warm welcome and located in the historic center, lively street. 1-The room photo was misleading and did not match the room I got. The owner had shown me a room at the top with old carpet and no window, it was transparent tiles. The photo I had on my profile was a beautiful bright room. Photo which is also used to attract customers. 2-Also, in the photos, we see a woman presenting a breakfast. So we think that the establishment is managed by a woman when it is actually a man who manages the establishment. 3-It's an old hostel that hasn't been renovated. The bed wasn't comfortable, the soundproofing of the walls was weak, I could hear the person in the other room snoring. Only one bed sheet on the mattress, the pillows smell bad. 4-The bathroom was not very clean, smelled of mold. 5-A work desk is set up in the hallway where everyone passes to go to the bathroom. It would be a good idea to set up this desk somewhere else, just to give the clients a little more space and privacy. 6-I don't understand the rating that was given to this hostel! I travel a lot and I know the booking.com score. Really weird. 7-The owner's excursions sale: I would have appreciated more honesty. The owner told me that it was not possible to go to Chinchero or Pisac or Ollantaytambo with a colectivo. Which is false. You can go with a colectivo by yourself, which will cost you less than going with an agency and you will have more time. But in this case, the hotel does not get its commission!
