Breakfast is cold room

This was close to the main square and we could walk back and forth. The property isn’t well taken care of and it’s very dirty with mold on the walls and roof (in the bathroom). The towels offered were so dirty looking we had to get our own.

Location is perfect ! Clean ! Personal was great and kind! Isolation is poor and you are located behind La Cholita, which is 2 nightclubs ? You have music 24/7. But at night the volume is a bit lower

Good location, clean and tidy. Respectful and helpful staff Consider a change of pillow would be great and the facility to have a good breakfast not just bread and tea. Even for an extra price I am sure the customer will be happy if is on offer.

Breakfats start at 7:30 which is quite late in the morning given for most excursions you need to leave around 4 or 5 in the morning. A grab and go option option or an earlier breakfast start would be better. The room was cold, no hot water in the shower, duvet cover was stained and there were odours from the toilet

The breadfast was ok. They offered me coffee, milk, juice, bread, butter and mermelade. The staff was kind and accommodating. The rooms available were in the 3rd and 4th floor. No elevator so that you need to carry your belongings all the way up.

Owned by a really friendly family. Great location to visit Cusco. Noisy at the evening however not the hotels fault.

Cusco was cold and the room was cold. Hot water was available only during certain times of the day. No space for your toiletries.

Location is excellent for the price. Of course, given the price point this is pretty basic place. If you're just looking for a place in a good location at a good price point, it works. They sell water at the reception counter so it is convenient.
