Great Window in lobby

Lovely place and close to the city centre No elevator after a big day at Machu Pichu

Nice but l had the ground floor room and it was noisy I wanted a late check out and it was a bit difficult to have from one of the staff. At the end they agreed

The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was a great choice for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was acceptable. There was occasionally a lot of noise because of location of the room to the large reception area. Location was ideal The noise at night when guests were checking in. The mirror was not firmly attached to the wall and just fell off one day.

Location Placed me on the fourth floor walk up with the altitude. Very hot room, poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel. No variety of juices, a terrible waffle and a French toast that tasted bad too.

No parking is available after 19:00

Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Rooms had nice amenities… slippers, a robe, coffee maker, refrigerator and drinking water. Restaurant had delicious food and service and as top notch. I liked every thing

Everything but i was in a suite because was on!y room available didnt have an outlet for the phone or tablet without converter

Beautiful hotel great staff We came with a car and that was difficult to find the hotel to stop and unload our luggage, but the staff actually got in the car with us and helped us to the parking facilities

Unprofessional staff during my second stay. I have been informed that copies of my passport were lost. In my room there were luggages of other people. Hotel insisted to charge me more than on my booking reservation due to unspecified reason which I needed to claim back through booking.con

While the property had its challenges, I appreciated the effort to maintain a certain charm and character. The location was convenient, and the staff was courteous. With some improvements in accessibility and amenities, the place has good potential The property does not have an elevator, which can be challenging for travelers with luggage. Access to the room is through narrow, impractical hallways that resemble a maze. The bathroom has a step at the entrance, a very low toilet, and white tiles with darkened grout. The shower area is also difficult to access. Breakfast could offer more variety.

Receptionist and manager both terrible customer service, be carful when you check in, They charge you taxes if you are an international citizen and we don’t have to pay that.

Property was decent with an attractively styled lobby and clean room. Location was a few blocks from Plaza de Armas. I didn’t like that I had to ask for Bulgari toiletries since they are pictured in the advertising. I didn’t like that my bathtub wouldn’t drain and I had to have maintenance come into my room. I didn’t like that there was no coffee in the room or lobby. I didn’t like that I could hear dogs barking from 2200-0500 from my room.

It’s a really pretty property. The staff was great. Their location near the main market was great. The rooms were smaller than I expected with not enough room to open two suitcases. The breakfast was fine. I did miss having a coffee pot in the room. Also, being on the first floor was pretty noisy.
