Fantastic value. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing – just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing Smelly room (smell like mold), disturbing guests banging on door next to my room multiple times thru the night . Slept terribly and when requested to change rooms next morning staff only said they were part of an excursion and leaving soon. AC also worked poorly.

Overall it was a good experience, except a few details. We booked a room with seaview, none of the photos of this room option looked like the actual room we got. There was partial sea view through tiny windows...and on the top floor almost like a spare room. We were told that only this room left of this type, but next day when we wanted to have breakfast the staff in the restaurant told us that there are not enough guests for a buffet breakfast. Only there were some not so great looking contintinental options laid out. We didn't stay for breakfast. The toilet seat in the bathroom was so old that it was disintegrating and smelling like old plastic. I would recomment changing that. Good to know that construction is going on next door but this didn't bother us.

Room was great. Had beach view. Only a block away from beach. Only a half a block away from laundry. On same street as the dragon bridge which is about 15min walk. Convenient stores only steps away. There is plenty of selections for food around there. This is not close to the expat an thuong area. Didn't like there were kids running in the hallway and knocking on my door and stealing my do not disturb sign. Other than that the stay was nice.

The location. There were ants in my room and they weren’t too willing to give me a courtesy late check-out the morning after which given the ants situation I thought it would be a nice thing to do since it’s not like you can book the room until you fix that anyway. The staff were not the friendliest. I think the building is also very old.

The pool was comfortable. Small but cozy.. never packed or over utilized. and the gym was always empty. Ocean view was cool too.. Check in took too long. Annoying vendors outside but safety didn't seem to be an issue.. I wish there was a bathtub not just a Shower

Very loud rude guests staying on the same floor when I was there. Door open to there room at 6am talking and yelling with no regard to other guests. Had to go down and ask the front desk to do something because the phone in the room didn’t work. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but it was an uncomfortable situation.

It’s a really affordable hotel but not 4-star worthy, so you pay for what you get. We had an apartment style room and it was stocked with only coffee cups and nothing else. Housekeeping service was minimal, the rooms have thin walls, and we had some bug issues in the hotel (ants on bed and cockroaches in room).

The hotel was located near the beach. It was in the walking distance to everywhere like coffee shops, markets and restaurants. Convenient to spend a few days. Quiet and clean rooms. Budget friendly.

You cannot beat price or location. We were here before our late night flight so we just needed a room for day. It is right across from beach and with my genius discount it was $23! The rooms are very nice. The employees are very nice!! The low marks come from the less than inviting pool. The water looks like there is green algae and had t been clean in a long time. You wouldn’t want to go in.

Initially upon booking, I liked the price and I like the pictures that were posted on the booking website When I arrive to the property and got to the room, the room was nothing like the pictures. It was an overrated Jail cell. It was dirty and dusty and old and outdated. Things in the room were broken. The towels were dirty and the beds were unfit to sleep on or sit on.

A beautiful hotel very close to Da Nang Beach. The stuff is great as well as the room. Big, comfortable and clean. The small pool on the top is excellent.
