The reception staff is very respectful and appreciative and greets you with a welcoming smile. The room cleaning staff is also very respectful. The room is cleaned daily and the towels and bed sheets are changed. The staff deserves respect. The hotel also has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Its location is excellent in the city center. I recommend staying in the hotel because it is worth booking. I like everything and there are no negatives

The room does not look like in the pictures AT ALL. There was no window. The balcony was not really a balcony. The AC was noisy. The water was not hot for long. The fridge did not work. The fridge door was broken. The bathroom had an outside window with no curtain. The room was not lit enough and not ventilated enough

Location Toilet and sleeping area are all connected therefore there is no intimacy, balcony was really dirty, we could hear everything from the rest of the rooms, literally no one in reception speaks english, aircon was really noisy

The room was comfortable. Really liked the balcony. Water was provided daily and regular cleaning. I enjoyed my stay.

The door in room 102 was so hard to lock. I suggest they fix it. Also the AC in that room is not cold enough

The only good thing is that people are really nice and kind. But it’s the only thing. I have no words. First they gave me a 2 single beds room. Then i come back to ask for the room i booked. Then i got in a room 1st floor when i literally paid for an ocean view. Then you’ll see the picture and videos by yourself. Dirty, someone’s hair on the floor, stains on walls and bed shits. The furniture were literally falling on the floor. The freezer and the AC weren’t working at all. The balcony fits 1 person. Also cockroaches walking around like it’s their room. Left after one night cause i have no choice. Do not go there. They call the room “ocean deluxe double”. Absolutely not. Also. again animals on the walls.

Close to the beach and good access to food and beverage. Air conditioner, refrigerator and elevator worked well. No view, small TV, hard bed, not very clean, no extra pillows

Reception staff are nice. The cleaning staff are polite, prompt and hard working. The location is great. Balcony overlooking the beach. I loved the children around the hotel, they brought happiness to the place. I recommend buying avocado juice from the store below the hotel. They are a nice and kind family and they have the best and a reasonable price The water cuts every morning and we have to wait until 8 o'clock to fill the tank

Location, price, WiFi works, the room is in good condition. It's acceptable because of the good location. I'm sure they have better rooms that mine, but I'll talk about the one I got. The room was not that clean, behind the TV and counters there was dust that seemed like it was sitting there for years. Found a hair on the sheets, not sure if it was clean or just dusted off from the previous night... The balcony (can't really call it a balcony) was tiny, ugly, and still had cigarettes from previous guests there. The room did have a narrow view of the alley, basically the same as facing a wall, barely any sunlight in the room, they provide a kettle but no coffee or tea, even if asking at the reception they told me to go buy it in the shop in front. Noisy guests talking in the corridors and smashing the doors (this is about the guests own education, but seems to happen a lot around here). No breakfast options.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, large and in good working order. The veiw was ok. Happy about being away from the main road. Everything was upto scratch
