Nhân viên nhiệt tình. The staff are really helpful and friendly Lúc mình đặt qua app và contact họ qua sđt thì chủ hay quản lí gì đó cố thuyết phục mình huỷ trên Booking và đặt trực tiếp. Mình đã ko đồng ý, mình có ở thêm 1 đêm và hỏi họ trước để đặt phòng. Cổ ok xong đến lúc mình tới thì kêu phòng mình đang ở đã hết xong bắt mình chuyển qua phòng khác giá cao hơn giá đã deal trước. Mình ko chấp nhận nên để đưa phòng mình đang ở cho khách khác đã đặt họ đã chuyển mình qua phòng khác to hơn đồng giá nên mình cũng đồng ý. Một phần ko phải do phòng đó to hơn mà do máy lạnh phòng mình đang ở bị vấn đề trong đêm thứ 2 mình ngủ thì nó cứ tự tắt tự bật, mình đã nhờ Nhân viên hỗ trợ thì nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và khi nv thấy ko thể sửa tạm thời đc thì nv liên hệ với quản lí xin đổi cho mình qua phòng nhỏ hơn ngủ tạm. Quản lí ko đồng ý và nói phòng đó đã có ng ở rồi. Mình mới kêu quản lí là trả tiền cho mình 1 đêm để mình tìm chỗ khác ngủ. Lúc đó thì quản lí kêu mình qua phòng trống ngủ. Đúng là gian dối khách hàng. Sáng hôm sau lúc mình vẫn đang ngủ thì quản lí gõ cửa phòng kêu mình trở về phòng và nói là do mình bật chế độ hẹn giờ nên máy mới tự tắt. Ko lẽ mình ko biết xài máy lạnh hay sao? Mà ví dụ mình ko biết xài thật thì lúc nv hỗ trợ cũng ko lẽ bị y như vậy ? Không bao giờ mình quay lại

Conveniently located on a main avenue that leads to the Dragon bridge. Affordable but not the best if you’re looking for comfort. The air conditioning switch was outside the room in the hallway, easy for someone to turn off when you’re asleep. No widows in the room I got and ant looking bugs got into my backpack.

The water pressure and temperature were great. The location was good for access to the airport (walking distance) and the staff very helpful. The entire room is very dingy. It looks dirty and very run down over over the walls but the bathroom was clean. My biggest issue was the noise. The other people staying on the same floor and the floor above were so loud and the noise travels. It did not help that they kept their doors open as well. No sound proofing at all.

It is okay for 1-2 nights, close to the center, only 5 mins drive from the airport. The lady at the reception was nice. They have no card reader but they assisted me to pay me by card using the neighbour hotel's card machine. The room was not really like on the photos, most likely those photos were taken several years ago. There was a big hole on the ceiling, they only put a towel to cover it. Except the lady at the reception the other 2 guys I met didn't speak English at all. They left in my room only a little bit toilet paper and no cleaning came to add extra, but I could ask at the reception.

Staff was very friendly, they showed consideration for my jet lag, with early check-in and coordinating when housekeeping could look by. The fridge smelled very bad, a lot of noise from construction.

Got a room upgrade, view facing houses and can see Sun Wheel (Asia Park). Room was equipped with washing machine, kettle, induction cooker and fridge. It's just like a mini studio. Suitable as a base considering the hotel in central location. Near airport and along the main road. Easy for local day tour (Hue/Hoi An) pick ups. Room rate was cheap vs the facilities offered. Hotel has lift but need to take few stairs up to the main lobby. Overall, I'm satisfied :) Note : The lady staff is nice and welcoming ?. Despite language barrier, she tried to communicate with me. There're few things the hotel could improved on such as: 1) hygiene - hair and some sort of dust on beddings. Room and toilet was ok. 2) clogged drainage - the shower drainage need some sort of fix as the water took long time getting drained so you ended up showering in puddles. 3) Kettle - a bit rusty Nevertheless, for the rate they're charging, I find these to be minor inconveniences as compared to the benefits received. The pros outweighs the cons.

It's a near place from de airport, if you need just take a rest for connection to another place it's a good option My room doesn't have window but if you ask they can give you one whit windows

The location was great! On a busy street with loads of shops but the room itself was very quiet. The receptionist was super friendly and nice. The room I got upgraded to was big, airy and clean. The initial room had a huge watermark in the corner with black mould and no windows but the receptionist was very friendly and apologetic and quickly upgraded me to the better room. The room I had initially booked had a huge water damage mark with mould on the ceiling. This was what prompted the room upgrade but everything was fine afterwards.
