the AC in our room didn't work properly. Even the helpful and quick-actioned staff came to fix it, it was still a small thing that affects our trip.

Location location and location to everything To much noise from the outside vendors all night and bed was not comfortable

The room is not so cleaned. The bathroom has no curtains or glass walls to keep water inside bathtub and no hooks to hanging used towels and changing clothes.

The TVs at least in our room was quite outdated. I had brought along my own Smart TV box to plug in which required an HDMI port in these TVs were so old they did not support that. Would recommend they update the TVs in their rooms to more modern appliance. Lighting could also be improved. The light above the bathroom vanity was not good and made it hard to shave and then there is no lighting outside the closet area so it's hard to see inside the closet.

The hotel is great. Location is good. There are many nearby places to go. The room is spacious. Housekeeping is not good. They made the bed, replace towels but they don't clean. There are still hair falls after housekeeping.

Breakfast was basic. Aside from location, nothing else was memorable about the place. So no. Literally everything.

This hotel is wonderful. I stayed on the ninth floor with an amazing city view, and the breakfast area has a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel is extremely clean, my room was very spacious, and everything was spotless and well organized. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the area is full of restaurants, cafés, massage spas, supermarkets and shops. Nothing

The cleaning of the room was not very good ?

Good deal, amenities, good cold and hot water pressure location, wifi, friendly staff. I rated 8 because of the deal price. The furniture is very old and creaky, everything in the room looks exhausted by use, the cleaning is sub standard, the replenishment of the amenities is a hit and miss, no bed sheets changed for more than a week, noise from the street till late and disappointing breakfast.

It is very convenient located, it is of good value with a big room. We checked the room to ensure everything is ok first (as part of the hotel requirement) and noted that there is only 1 pair of slippers when on the agreement, it says 2. I notified the staff, but nothing has been done. Since we werent being charged, it is not a big deal for us.

They will make you a omelette for breakfast if you ask. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Its in a good area by beach and lots of food choices near by. We had a very large corner room. I like that they give you a couple small bottles of water daily. More options for breakfast would be nice. Shower would be nice, just a tub and wand for washing. Water never really gets hot if you like a hot bath.

The big arrangement was nice, but it's very dusty. Bathrooms are not clean and very old and rusted the staff members were very rude towards us. They didn't even give a 15 minute late checkout and they charged 150,000 VND.
