Good location, clean floors. The cigarette smoke came into my room every day and night for 10 days straight, even getting a room change didn’t help the smoke coming into my room. After I got the room change the staff treated me poorly and rudely, the Vietnamese police knocked in my door after the room change to check my passport, it was very intimidating and they seemed upset. The whole experience was not good and i have had issues trying to get a refund as i was supposed to be there almost 40 days I paid for, and only received a 47% refund of the full amount even though I only stayed 10 nights.

Very close to Ala carte hotel which is a beachfront hotel. If you have a Sunworld BanaHills trip, then the Klook bus that picks up from Ala carte hotel would be a very convenient tour! That's why I chose this hotel and also very cheap! Close to the beach and just have a lot access to laundry and other nice local restaurant options! I will book again for sure! I had an awesome stay!

Great location for the beach but a bit far from the town centre. Lovely room and friendly/helpful staff who speak good English. WiFi could be better on the higher floors. Lobby was loud fairly frequently.

Grace, at the reception ✨️ she was kind, helpful, and thoughtful. The location of the hotel is perfect, less than 3 minutes of to Da nang beach, Has everything within reach. I loved my room it felt warm and cozy. The roof top view was amazing. Didn't try the food was always out, but when I checked out, I tried the avocado ice cream it was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

Next to the beach, very good location foods and play on the beach. The property is still under repair, there is no bar on rooftops as seen in the pics.

Receptionist Lan and her team are very professional happy to help with anything at all and are full of knowledge of the area they really made our stay at ORCHIDE’ES OCEAN HOTEL an incredible experience thank you very much, we will be sure to come back in the near future cannot recommend enough. Loved the room and the size of the room was huge, friendly staff, everything was clean and excellent location walking distance to beach.

The hotel has no breakfast, but there is a very nice bar just 50 metres away. Beds are comfortable and the position is excellent, very close to the beach. I had pleasant nights, and I stayed one week.
