The location and staff were nice It was filthy my skin was breaking out from this place not sure if it was the water or the beds. The bathrooms had lots of black mold and water leakage roaches were in the room and the restaurant when I shower or use the sink water was all over the floor I used so many towels to get the water up

The location was good the view was good and it was walking distance from lots of things It’s was dirty, I saw roaches in the restaurant and in the bathroom black mold was all over my sink was leaking shower was spraying all over the place it was horrible I used so many towels trying to stop the water from filling the entire floor I was also breaking out really bad not sure If from the water or the bed sheets the water didn’t smell right it was a lot happening In This hotel but the staff was amazing and the room were a nice size

Location is perfect Air conditioning sucked, had to use that and a fan to stay cool. Ants in the rooms. Old hotel and work out. Safe broke several times. No restaurant on the roof.

The service was so bad, as well as the facilities in both rooms. We werent able to use internet there. The bedrooms are so dirty, low-quality. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly, have a mean looking and not-good service behavior to us.

The property is in a good location The hotel was really unclean and run down for the price it cost! The room smelled strongly of smoke, despite being told it was a non smoking room. The pool was under construction when we arrived, we were not informed of this prior to arrival so we were disappointed with this. Overall the hotel was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed in during our entire trip in Vietnam and it was definitely not worth the money.

Location Swimming pool empty. A/C not work. Desk light and sink light not working. No door on shower. Did not always replace coffee.

Location and the nice river view. Unfortunately, there was a power failure on the 2nd night, I was force to move to another resort hotel near the beach.

The picture are definitely a catfish the only good things is that you can see the view of the dragon from the room.

Great view of Dragon bridge and city. Comfortable bed and great location. Breakfast was a bit average. First day at 8:30 they had ran out of a lot of things which weren’t replaced so I went elsewhere for breakfast

Locations Some man knocked the door in the night, I called "0" for asking support "Did you sent someone to our room, he try to get into. Could you check?" but a receptionist not understood English. Unsafe night and can't sleep. Especially 2 bottle of water prepared in the room already opened but try to make it like promt to eat.
