Good location, right next to the beach. In general good value. Very caring people at reception and the manager Candy. The photos of the property give an idea that the pool and the gym are way bigger than it is in reality.

The hotel's apartment room was comfortable and big enough for us (4pax + 2kids). The room was clean, 2 bathrooms with all included spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and super organized, always ready to help and support on any need. -

The location is the only good thing. Th I booked a room that was advertised with appealing photos, however the room I received was completely different. It was significantly smaller than expected and had only two extremely small windows. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed sheets were stained with multiple marks. Both the room windows and the bathroom window were very dirty. The bathroom ceiling showed visible mold stains, and there was noticeable dust and dirt on the floor. Due to these conditions, we had to check out immediately. We were charged for one night’s stay, even though we only stayed for approximately 3–4 hours, and the remaining nights were refunded. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I booked this place for a week and when I showed up, I cancelled my booking before I could be charged and immediately left. Construction around the building, sewage smell, extremely loud & busy area, very gentrified part of town.

The staff are approachable and helpful, especially Lai and Nhung. We had a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely reccommend it to my friends. The breakfast is also excellent! One of the beds were hard, but so far, that was the only issue we faced.

A very nice, though a bit dated, hotel near Da Nang beach. Everything you need (except ice cubes, which you can buy in a shop downstairs). Breakfast looks better in the pictures than in reality but generally it is ok. We recommend this place but not to 5 star guests.

The bed was comfortable, the city view from the room was beautiful, the water temperature and pressure in the bathroom was great. The breakfast as a lot of choice. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel and the beach is at a 5 min walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly!
