The WiFi was spotty. Active construction going on in the hotel and on the street. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like it. More on firm side.

I wish there were warning about confirmation in the area. The construction trash made the area really hazardous. The aircon in the room keeps turning off. Had to wake up just to turn it on.

The hotel is strategically located, featuring a stylish boutique design that blends modern and classic elements, with a good variety of food options for breakfast and tea—and they even throw in a complimentary 30-minute spa. Staffs & chef was good too (include porter and bellman). The room is too narrow for three people, the toilet floor is flat, causing water to stagnate and become slippery, as it does not drain properly, the low threshold at the toilet entrance allows water to flow into the room. Receptionist nor house keeper did not follow up with us the next day when we we requested for an iron. Also, we had difficulties walking/crossing the roads around the property's neighborhood as there were on-going road construction and dirty air pollution.

Breakfast provided loads of delicious options for everyone. The staff were courteous and the food excellent! We loved the Tea time, the pool was clean and the location great! The safe was locked and we were not able to use it. Since we only stayed one night, it was ok.

Very friendly staff the breakfast was great. The rooftop pool was awesome and they included massage was amazing overall great value.

Confusion about free massage - the reception said no - and I could read you should get - 1/2 hour- for one night. I didnt like that I had to wait until you checked the room - having a driver waiting

Art deco style always impress us, location is super easy to get around for local places. Very helpful and friendly staffs. a bit old in the room.

Premised very nice and friendly. Comfortable beds and clean. No ironing board in the rooms. No hair conditioner eventhough there was shampoo

Shout out to LUA who assisted us while we stayed. Assisted us in schedules, reservations and tour reservations. She is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The rooms were spacious in the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The property was very clean and the location was just perfect. We also enjoyed the different free services that we’ve got which included daily afternoon tea, free airport pick up and even a 30 minute massage. It was very easy to book a Grab and they all came in 2 to 3 minutes. The breakfast could’ve been a bit more interesting.

Front reception very helpful. Lovely view from 16th floor. Bellmen very helpful and friendly. Lighting in bathroom was not good. Need more direct lighting for the mirror area. Tub was too high and potentially dangerous. Close proximity to loud nightly singing across the street. Squeaky beds need to be replaced.
