Facilities are good for the price. There is no built in restaurant for breakfast/cafes, however there are many local breakfast places in the neighborhood.

The location, even though you're beach front, is far from the "my khe beach" where the life is. Not much around. Need to borrow bikes to go around in cleaner areas

The room was clean. Staff were helpful and attentive when needed. The location was good with lots of food and shopping options nearby. The room design was a bit too narrow and felt a bit tight. Wifi connection was decent. The price is pretty competitive. Overall, it's a good choice for a couple of nights. The biggest advice for improvement would be the room lighting which only has the option of bright lights and no reading or dim lights to help guests relax and unwind

The staff were definitely the highlight. Everyone was genuinely nice, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the experience much better. On a very positive note, I was there during Chinese New Year and the hotel organized a simple rooftop gathering for guests to watch the fireworks. They invited us for drinks and snacks, and it turned into a wonderful cultural experience. It was great interacting with locals and sharing the celebration together—that was truly a memorable highlight of my stay. Overall, it’s a basic and fairly maintained hotel with very friendly staff. With improvements to the rooftop area, better in-room workspace options, it could offer a much better overall experience. The rooftop pool was a bit disappointing compared to the photos online. It looks much more appealing in pictures. In reality, the space feels bare and somewhat neglected, and it didn’t seem like many guests were using it. The pool bar was empty, and the whole area has a lot of potential that isn’t being maximized. Adding sun shades, some plants, light décor, and even background music could make it far more inviting. As someone who works remotely, one important downside for me was the lack of a proper workspace in the room. There wasn’t a small desk or a comfortable work chair, which made working difficult. For remote workers, having a functional workspace is essential. The location is also something to consider. There aren’t many restaurants or shops immediately around the hotel, so you’ll need to explore a bit further for more options. However, there is a really good banh mi stall about a 10-minute walk away called Tiem Banh Abon, which is definitely worth trying.

A great hotel for the money, the room’s clean, has everything, the staff is friendly. I didn’t really like the location. You can’t walk anywhere, need to get a Grab. But you get what you are paying for

This is a nice hotel the rooms are fine ,comfortable and clean. It's out of the way of the centre so taxis or motorbike are needed to get any. The only problem I had with this hotel is the building work outside it. Starts at 7.30 and finishes at 11pm. One night at 10pm had a crane operating right outside my balcony. Not great and when I mentioned it to reception they advised me to be understanding as they were trying to make progress on site lol The noise just isn't great for rest!

Quiet during the night. Very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water, the shower is partly enclosed. Our fridge did not work, we contacted reception and within minutes we had a replacement. The pool is of a reasonable size and most of the time we had it to ourselves. No bar on the top floor, though it was nice sitting there with our own beer, nice views and comfortable chairs. Cleaners need access to vacuum cleaners to remove hairs from the floor, together with decent mops and instructions to rinse these regularly, our feet were dirty from walking within the room. We did complain and within a minute someone attended with a broom and a mop which wet the flood, but did little else.

I arrived early and checked in 2 hours before without any additional payment. The room was large with any necessary equipment and fast WiFi. Overall for the money paid it exceeded my expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at Tan Phuong Nam although it was for a very short stay after our longer stay in Hoi An. Airport is just 10 minutes drive away from the hotel. Location is a bit far in terms of walking distance from the center but taxis are very cheap

Comfortable enough for a relatively low cost hotel. Advertised as having a restaurant, which it does but it doesn't operate. Plenty of local eating options near by though. Also Advertises it has a pool par, but that doesn't operate either.
