This place is nothing like it's advertised to be! It's a pure scam!! I liked leaving before staying a single night, and nothing else! This place is an absolute, stinking, mould-ridden, abandoned -looking cesspit! The rooms are reeking of stale mould, that they try and mask with cheap smelling sprays. There were used cotton buds on the floor from the previous guest, damp, unclean bedding that they'd just sprayed to death, rather than change from the previous guest, and some of the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen. The pool interior is covered in thick, green algae. It's surrounded by a few, soaking wet, stinking sun loungers that look like they haven't been used in years. On our arrival, we had to wait while other guests were having unpleasant conversations with the reception desk, as they could see what everyone else could see, and they were equally as angry and disappointed as we were to pay for something that was obviously nothing like it was advertised to be. The lobby entrance even had a leaking roof, where you had to pull your luggage through a small waterfall of dirty water from the roof. Guests were openly pacing around the lobby asking each other what they thought of this place. The whole atmosphere was so tense and uncomfortable. We didn't even stay one night. We had to walk across the road and find a new hotel. This was at 23:00, so not ideal at all. Booking.com should also hang their heads in shame for letting this hovel advertise on their site, under false photos and descriptions of the hotel. Their customer service is also dire, and they just ignore loyal customers who contact them about poor experiences like this. We don't normally leave reviews, but we feel we need to warn others not to book this place under any circumstances. Put it this way; if they paid us to stay there, we would still have left as quick as we did.

It was quiet at night and the morning, love that you could go from the pool to the beach, the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Bathroom was good size and had a nice big tub as well as a good shower The room smelled a bit moldy, but that’s what you get in every tropical location. So no harm

Fabulous location ON the beach and at edge of busy main tourist hotel strip. Good pool and decent breakfast. The place is tired. It so desperately needs some LOVE to improve its presence. Helpful if reception spoke universal English language. Lack of pool furniture. Kids running the show which results in unprofessionalism. Not their fault but management or even owner neglect.

There was nothing good about this property; we were uncomfortable and the staff does not listen to your concerns. Avoid Temple Da Nang Resort at All Costs – The Most Disgusting Experience of My Travels I recently stayed at Temple Da Nang Resort for four nights starting December 22, 2024, and it was the worst, most unethical, and disgusting hotel experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, I regretted my decision. The parking lot and entrance looked abandoned and unwelcoming, which set a poor tone for my stay. I was assigned beachfront room #01, which was outdated, filthy, and had mildew in the bathroom that was unhealthy to inhale and seemed like it had been there for a long time. After complaining to reception, I was moved to beachfront room #05, which was even worse. The second room had a strong ammonia smell, which caused me severe daily migraines. Despite complaining immediately and showing photos, the receptionist acted as if he couldn't smell anything and dismissed my concerns. He told me to wait in the room while he would "check further" but never returned. I later discovered that the ammonia smell was masking the odor of old, dried urine on the mattress. The migraines became unbearable, and by the third day, I began experiencing daily nosebleeds due to the overpowering chemical smell. The staff showed no concern for my health, and I didn’t believe they would understand—or care to understand—that my nosebleeds were caused by the extreme migraines triggered by the odor. Out of desperation, I had to buy Tide detergent to clean up the nosebleeds myself, as I could not rely on the resort to provide any meaningful assistance. Adding to this, there was no hot water on the first night, which was unacceptable given the freezing temperatures. When I complained, they sent someone to my room early the next morning, knocking at 8 AM and insisting on coming in despite me asking him to come back later. This behavior was intrusive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The breakfast buffet was no better.

staff : kind and friendly restaurant is horrible
-
location on the beach, nice live band, nice food at 3rd party rest poor breakfast and no facilities beside swimming Pool. separate payments as restaurant run by another party. live band unfortunately not for hotel guests.

It’s all about the location, and the service… And both were perfect! Do NOT go by the reviews, or you will miss out on a lovely accommodation.

The location was wonderful. We stayed in a room over looking the beach so we had a marvellous view from our room. The pool was lovely. Many restaurants within walking distance. Room had a musky smell. Could do with some airing out.
-
I liked that it was beachfront the rooms smelled moldy probably because it was flooded before and they never took care of the mold
-
Bad
-
In my opinion the hotel reception and access to the rooms should be independent from the rest of the facilities, because there was a very rude and uneducated man in charge of the shows that didn't want us to see the show on our way to the rooms, there was no other way.
