I did not like that I did not like that I did not stay longer I love and there was no hot tub I thought there would be a hot tub or a Whirlpool but anyway

Excellent. There is a construction at the back of the building, but id didn't affect our sleep during the night and I was able to sneak peak of the sunrise in the morning. We only stayed in the room with ra view for a night snd it was not bad.

Aside from the room being so aesthetic, spacious and clean. It is quiet and organised. And location is really good too. And gish they are so sweet. They knew it was my birthday on the second day of our stay, so they left a birthday card in our room with lovely birthday message! Thank you so much!

Room cleanliness can improve (especially the bedding and flooring). We booked a room with a balcony, however, you could not go on the balcony (really just a larger window you can open up) and the room was facing another building extremely close to our room, thus we did not feel comfortable opening up the windows & balcony window).

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The staff were very rude from day shift to night shift, especially the lady named Phuong. She was very disrespectful and not accommodating at all. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, so we had to use an electric fan and could not sleep well. There was also no air conditioning in the lobby or hallway. The room was dirty, and there was ongoing construction beside the building which was never mentioned in the listing. Please check the bedsheets carefully ours were very dirty and even had blood stains. If you want to enjoy your trip, it’s better to find another option. They also overcharge guests. We paid half of a full day’s rate for early check-in, and another half-day rate for just a few hours of late check-out. Definitely not worth the money. I booked 5 rooms for my family and we are so dissapointed Worst hotel experience

Everything! This hotel exceeded my expectations. my parents and my friends (who also booked here) loved their stay as well. The hotel is spotless clean. The room is cold even if we turn the AC off. They clean the room everyday and gave us fresh towels daily even though we just stayed for 2 nights. the breakfast was also good and the staff and extremely joyful and kind. the location is also nice especially if you want the beach side of Da Nang. Everyting in this hotel is nice, the service and facilities are for 4-5 star! nothing

layout was very nice bathroom, kitchen, loveseat, chair downstairs. Upstairs bed and bathroom . Place needs new paint both up and downstairs..There was a leak behind the wall by the bed could clearly see water under floor molding the laminate floor was also buckled in a few places where the water must have gotten under..The place also had a very strong mildew mold smell..Theres no ventilation in the place except for 2 small Windows in each bathroom...The staff were very good .. Would have loved to give this place a great review but the place needs to much work and repairs.The mold ,mildew is also a health issue. listed in previous comment

Nice room close to beach. The location is noisy with nightlife bars and businesses. Breakfast room is spacious and had good options to start your day with meal. Location can be a bit loud from bars and nightlife. Got multi offers from passerbys asking if interested in “extra services”

It is located in a busy street close to the beach The rooms were poorly maintained, not very clean. Next to a construction site and the view from the windows is the building next door.
