Location, location, location! Helpful staff, laundry was fast, and streets were buzzing with activity. We did not do breakfast included but it looked good. We did enjoy the pool and were able to snag some chairs in the afternoon. Room service was excellent and came quickly. Location, location, location! Especially if you're trying to make it to the fishing area to do some shelling-/ it was excellent and the men cleaning the fresh catch were delightful! Grab easy to get and ride back to airport EASY! Doormen were amazing and rec'd bep cuon da Nang for our first meal and easy walk-- reservation makes it faster but waiting wasn't too long. We also enjoyed Việtnom and Bikini bottom express for some quick local eats.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Their complimentary buffet breakfast was great. Their restaurant at the rooftop was good. None.

The hotel was excellent, but the staff made the experience truly exceptional. My wife was sick during our stay, and the hotel arranged for a doctor to visit us within 20 mins. Later that day, they messaged to ask how she was, and the same evening they messaged again that they noticed we had just arrived home and offered to bring us some ginger tea. Such kind and caring people!

I liked several things. First, the location was across the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Second, the breakfast was superb with fresh pastries and plenty of options. Last, the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The bed was sagging in the middle. Despite many attempts to fix the problem with toppers, it continued being saggy. I wonder if my room was the only one with that problem. I believe the hotel should purchase new beds and guarantee the comfort to all guest since it is a five star hotel.

The senior suite was luxurious and spacious and so clean and wonderful. The cleanliness and professionalism is unmatched. Mrs. Thuy Tran and Mrs. Tien are so accommodating and caring. Very excited to come back and stay again More options similar to breakfast buffet offered into the evening like the different types of Vietnamese soups
