Breakfast was good. The place was a little tight for 3 people, otherwise ok. Construction work starts at 7 during the 2 days we stayed there. Wakes us up too early.

Nice clean room at an affordable price for the night. Breakfast was good. Pool area good Pool closed most of the day for maintenance. Poor communication between hotel and myself. Tried arranging a pick up through the hotel. Done it myself in the end.

The location is good its near by the beach, also there are many restaurants over there There is many construction work during the night therefore barely sleep when i was in the hotel for a week

We had and incredible stay which started with friendly, welcoming personal (Ms Phuong and her collegue) who showed us the room and we saw how clean and nice everything was. We have enjoyed a lot swimming in the pool and incredibly good buffet breakfast. We even have prolonged our stay for 2 more nights. Sauna is not working at the moment but otherwise everything is top. And cleaning personal is doing great job as well, changing everything everyday. Thank you!

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable Only booked to stay there as I was looking for a hotel with a sauna and jacuzzi, which was what was advertised on Booking.com. I arrived to discover that I had to pay EXTRA to use these services (NOT mentioned anywhere on your website). The jacuzzi was "out of order" so I couldn't even use it then after complaining to reception (via Google translate as her English was so poor) I was told, after she rang management that they would give me a 30 minute sauna and that it closed at 10pm. I arrived back at the hotel after dinner with a friend at 9.30pm and there was another lady at the reception desk who REFUSED to let me have a sauna saying it closes at 9pm! I told her NO the other receptionist told me it closes at 10pm. she told me she was wrong and it was for "child safety". I told her I didnt have children at the hotel and it was just me. No! I was VERY unhappy. The 2 reasons on why I had booked this hotel had both been taken away from me. The following morning at breakfast the manager apologised and said the receptionist had the close time wrong and that I could have a sauna before I checked out. NOT ideal having one in the morning (had to change my plans for the day). I jumped in the sauna (after I was advised it was ready) then a man came and banged on the door kicking me out. I was told I could only have 30 minutes as "complimentary" (when the whole thing is advertised as part of the "highlight of the stay" in the opening sentence). I ddint even get 30 minutes! What a total disappointment and let down. If the jacuzzi is "not operational" then why is it advertised? This hotel is NOT "luxury" as the name implies. The towels were so thin and old. One was tatty, the other was translucent in part. Yuk! They looked like rags. I booked ONE large bed and was put in a room with 2 king singles. This made the room very squishy as it was not a large room. It is not soundproof (as advertised).

Most of the facilities in the hotel are broken. Broken sauna, broken bicycle, broken jacuzzi. Very simple sports facility but does the trick. Shower needs about 10 minutes to heat up. The water drainage from the upper floors are also quite noisy. Breakfast not American, just simple eggs and some local cuisine. TV only local. And don’t forgot to pay for the water bottle on the nightstand. This hotel never deserves a 4 star. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds though. Dont expect to much for a 19 euro stay, but it could be way worse. Overall OK stay.

I cannot say nothing else than PERFECT ! cleaning service was amazing , breakfast also great , staff was friendly and helpful , maybe could be helpful better English speaking person , but basic was good :) Sauna was out of order , and whirlpool also ...

It's in a convenient spot and the room was cute and clean. We booked a room with city views, but was given the room on the ground floor behind the lobby, which had no window. It was very noisy with guests coming in and out at very late and very early hours. The bathroom is a wet room, which is inconvenient because the floor stays wet once someone's has a shower.
