Fresh towels were provided Staff were rude, disinterested and gave the distinct impression that families weren't welcome. The room was tidy, but could not be considered clean, with mould evident in the bathroom and fixtures damaged and poorly maintained (broken glass shelf, broken clock thrown in drawer, lamps not working, shower leaking into living area, fridge frozen over, sheets stained). The location is rubbish - which would be OK if the staff were helpful, but they aren't. Overall - stay elsewhere.

The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The hotel kindly let us leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out. For a hotel of this type we expected a better equipped kitchen and more sound proofing in the rooms. The first night I didn't sleep at all due to a really loud generator noise above my room and building works going on opposite. Some robes would have been a nice touch too. We had to walk a long way to get to restaurants, cafés etc as there weren't any in the neighborhood.
