The owner was kind and helped me with bags—going to and leaving the hotel. Normally, they only help when you're entering so this showed their good character. Powerful shower pressure and good wifi. There's a desk in the room! They let me heat up my food before leaving. There were "massage" parlors dedicated to Korean men around. Made me feel a little strange. Don't let this pit you off. The area is safe. I simply don't like seeing scantily-clad women hanging around outside during the evening. There is a construction site across the street, but I didn't hear anything. I asked around and they apparently work from Monday-Saturday from roughly 5:00-19:00.

Inside the room there are moldy smells, and all my clothes start smells the same

Staffs are warm and nice, room is in decent size and bed is comfortable and location is okay. Water pressure is little low but still acceptable.

Lovely spot- slightly out of the way but still walk-able and has amenities nearby. Clean and comfortable. Make sure to open the window as the room can be a bit humid after a shower. Only overhead lights, so either full light or nothing at night.

Lovely staff! Helped me with my luggage and check-in (I arrived very late at night) and were very patient about payment. The room itself is incredible value for money, very clean, good size, and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Da Nang! It's also not too far from the beach (~15 minute walk) but is a slightly longer walk to other destinations (e.g. Dragon Bridge and associated market). Very quiet area, had good quality sleep. N/A, very much enjoyed my stay and would come again!

The owners of the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The location was great, and the price was reasonable. The only issue for me was that the room wasn’t completely clean. Other than that, everything was fine—I would recommend it. The room could have been cleaner.

Great place, the staff are amazing so friendly and nice. They offer free coffee and clean the room regularly. Extended stay multiple times. Comfy bed good a/c decent location on a quiet street.
