It was a nice two bedroom setup close to the beach. Had roaches and ants. The surrounding area is highly littered. Staff was nice though, especially room service ladies.

It had 2 bathrooms Staff could barely look at you when you were coming in or out of the front office. Someone would sleep on the floor at night behind the desk.

However there are some inconveniences: wadrobes are not clean, its dusty. There should be a partition in the bathroom to avoid water plashing everywhere. Ants are in the kitchen and at waiting zones

even though we booked the room well in advance & we were promised a sea view room we were given a lower floor room. they promised too change our room the next day but even after so many promises, they kept on making excuses and did not change the room. there were people peeing just below the our room balcony & it was stinky & smelly.

We liked that the property had a washer and dryer for guests use. The location was along the beach but far from where the activities were (shopping, dining, etc) Front desk clerk could be a little bit more welcoming.

Great view over the beach, street activity and towards the lady Buddha. Bathrooms nice. Aircon good. Pool. Lower rise building. Close to beach cafe with best coffee. Grabs quick and handy. No breakfast. Out of the main beach action - limited nearby inviting food options. Be prepared to walk in heat or get transport everywhere. Needs cleaning of walls. Bathrooms had no extractor fans - high open windows allows mosquitoes in.

Great location. Well run. Very helpful staff. Hot water was very slow to get to our 6th floor room, but, once it got there, it worked well. Nice coffee shop for breakfast quite nearby - The Leaf. Next to the beach. Quieter end of the beach - none of the great big high rise motels nearby.

The facility was in good shape, they were repainting the lobby. The staff was very friendly. The location was across the street from the beach. The Grab drivers are very accommodating. Unfortunately the balcony was not really functional.
