swimming pool with warm water I think the room's facilities can be improved. I expected a higher-quality room condition, including the bathroom, but the condition was less than I expected. The drain area in the bathroom looked a bit old and needed to be cleaned more. But overall, my family enjoyed the swimming pool.

Amazing hotel, my accommodation was excellent, comphy bed, clean, beautiful balcony, breakfast was amazing, free afternoon tea, cake ,fruit, and fragrant herb tea, amazing warm pool Not enough seats by the pool if you had a room like mine on the first floor, lots of children in the pool all day,

This was a great choice, super clean, good location, comfy bed, great breakfast, lovely team, nice pool and complimentary floating afternoon. A fabulous stay! We loved everything!

The sound insulation is pretty bad. Next door was really noisy and loud, the construction going on outside was super loud too. When we were showering at night we had hot water for 5 mins and then it was completely cold water only.

The house villa was beautiful and excellent! The service by the staffs was amazing

Possibly the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in. The lush greenery around the pool was simply stunning and the photos just don't do it justice. Very friendly staff, quiet location, free afternoon tea with juice and pastries, ample breakfast of eggs or Asian food . The room was luxuriously comfortable and beds like clouds. Free well serviced bikes to explore too. We loved it. Thank you Tam House Villa staff. It was all perfect

During our three-day stay at this accommodation, we were appalled to discover a rusty nail next to the bed on the second morning. What infuriated us even more was that a friend accompanying us accidentally got scratched by it, resulting in bleeding. We immediately reported this serious safety issue to the front desk, only to receive a dismissive response with a mere assurance that they would handle it. The staff not only failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation but also attempted to placate us with a complimentary airport transfer service, which was already included in our three-day stay package! This indifferent attitude and handling of the situation left us deeply shocked and disappointed. It's utterly unacceptable to encounter such gross negligence in customer safety and service. Upon returning to Taiwan, our injured friend suffered severe swelling around the wound caused by the nail and had to promptly receive a tetanus shot. This experience has not only enraged us but also left us feeling outraged and helpless. We strongly urge this establishment to prioritize customer safety and service quality, and we cannot tolerate such carelessness and disregard for the health and safety of guests.
